今天上午，我们重点练习的是齐步走。齐步走，多简单呀!我上小学的时候，一到体育课不干别的，先练齐步走。所以，这齐步走对我来说简直是小菜一碟儿。但是刚练了一会，我就不这么想了。这齐步走绝对没我想象的那么容易。

一上来教官就先让我们练习手臂的姿势，左臂在前右臂在后。大家这样一动不动的站了一会，我心想：教官该让我们换手或者休息了吧?可教官没有这样，他一个劲儿的对我们说：“把后臂抬高!站直了，在军姿的基础上做!不要低头!眼睛别乱看!!”然后又开始检查各个横排面的人手臂在没在一个高度，有没有打弯。这时我的胳膊已经又酸又痛了，在教官看别人时，我就偷偷地把胳膊放下一点，休息一下。但是这样就起不到锻炼的作用了，我以后练习时再也不偷懒了，一定要坚持下来。

下午的正步走也是先练姿势后练走，这回觉得手臂的姿势可比上午的轻松多了，举了半天我也没有放下手偷懒。正当我暗暗高兴的时候，教官让我们加上腿的动作再练。这下可累了!大家金鸡独立的站着，两腿绷得直直的，没有一点弯儿，悬空的那条腿还得往上抬高。我一直觉得自己的平衡感不错，可笔直的单腿站立那么长时间，我也是摇摇晃晃、东倒西歪。教官告诉我们，他们都把沙袋绑在腿上练习，我真是惭愧呀!才站了一会就不行了。我一定要向教官学习，严格地要求自己，努力做的更好!

军训已经进行到第三天了，我也开始渐渐适应这严格的军事化训练了。今天的训练没有前两天那么累了，主要还是练齐步走，正步走，跑步走。因为教官说要找时间把我们班的训练成果展示给大家看，所以我们训练的格外认真，卖力，教官更是喊口号喊的嗓子都哑了。

我有一个忙碌而有趣的暑假。我每天都会做功课，所以我在开学前十天就做完了我的家庭作业。每一天，我也会与我的朋友打乒乓球和篮球。我有时也和我的朋友去看电影，去公园。我每天晚上也会上网，看书，看电视。我拜访了我的祖父母并且帮助他们做家务。我帮助我的父母打扫房间和做饭。最重要的是，我的父母和我去了海南岛，我们在那里度过了一个星期。

I had a happy summer holiday because I did many interesting things.

I went to the beach and I swam in the sea.I called my friend and played with them.I visited my grandparents and ate much delicious food.

Then I went to the zoo whit my sister.I was very happy.Because I saw a lot of animals.They were very lovely.So I took photos of all animals.I liked the butterflies best.They were colourful and beautiful.My sister liked it too.

I had a wonderful summer holiday this year.What about you? Can you tell me somthing about it?
