大学期间，我在校学生会担任生活部部长，会负责很多文案的写作与修改。平常，我写完文件后会检查里面是否有明显的错别字呢，我发邮件的时候，会给邮件写上明确的主题，附件写上准确名称呢。相信这会为之后的职业生涯起到良好的作用。

2.问题死磕到底，事后整理经验

律师是帮助人家解决问题的，自然会遇到很多平时想不到的问题，其中有不少问题可能一时弄不明白，搞不清楚。这个时候不会选择跳过问题，绕开走，而是选择“死磕”到底，非把问题弄明白不可。其实，都有这个毛病，遇到问题不是打破砂锅问到底，，把问题彻底搞明白，而是只管完成领导交给的任务就好。任务可能刚好变通完成了，那个未知的问题便被丢在一边了。如此，工作时间再久，长进终究不大。

当然，问题弄明白了，还要学会归纳整理。我们常说，好记性不如烂笔头。工作繁多，如果不会对问题的研究成果进行整理，下次遇到同样的问题，可能又要重新研究，严重影响效率。不归纳整理，就是猴子掰玉米，掰了很多，最终也没有多少积累。

3.充满热情与信心

没有哪份工作是不需要热情的，如果能怀揣着热情来从事一份事业，遇到困难不会轻易退缩。

三、员工档案：公司员工档案一律装订好单列存放。

文件处理程序

公司对内部行文时，一律以“甘大传字”加文号出现。公司各分支机构、各部门及各内部独立核算部门不得以公司名义对公司内外行文，各分支机构若由于项目运作需要公司出具文件，须按程序并以分支机构的名义向公司总部上报项目运作请示文件，待公司总部同意后予以下发文件后再执行。公司委托各分支机构运作的图书编辑或文化赛事推广项目需要成立编辑委员会或赛事组委会的由公司协调成立该机构，各分支机构可以编辑委员会XX分会或赛事组委会XX分会的名义开展该项目运作。编辑委员会或赛事组委会不具备法人资格，项目运作中发生的一切债权、债务由各分支机构及其负责人处理和承担。股东会决议不能以文件形式出现，过半数股东签字认可后，再以公司名义行文通过或告示，并按国家标准格式行文，使股东意志合法地变为公司的决定。

所有者权益

一、按照《公司法》、《会计准则》的规定，公司必须提取资本公积金和盈余公积金。资本公积(法定公积金)：每年按税后利润的10%提取，达到公司注册资本的50%以上时，可不再提取，这部分资金用于公司的再发展，任何人不得挪用。

二、盈余公积(法定公益金)：每年按税后利润的5%提取，这部分资金，用于公司的福利事业及抗风险能力。
