大家好！
首先在此感谢公司给予我们这次展示自我的舞台！
今天，我演讲的题目是“调出好色彩画出好未来”。
来到调色板公司已有两年时间了，在这两年时间里，我看到了公司的发展和创新。我们伟大的爱国者梁启超同志曾说过一句话：“少年智则国智，少年强则国强，少年富则国富”，企业离不开有能力、有责任心的人，更离不开一流的团队，只有一流的团队才能打造出一个强大的企业，个人的进步决定团队的实力，团队的实力决定公司的发展。作为调色板的一名设计师，我所要做的就是设计好我们的产品，相信在我的不断努力和大家的共同帮助下，一定会把产品设计得更合理、更人性化、更满足客户的要求，公司的发展要靠在坐各位朋友的共同努力。做为公司的一名员工，如何为公司的进一步发展做出贡献，下面就我个人而言，谈下自己的看法：
首先，质量是产品的基础，是公司赖以生存和发展的基石。
一个有生命的企业是有厚重的质量基础做保证的，我们只有不断的提高公司产品的质量，才能为公司的发展做坚强的后盾。只有打造一流的质量，才能做出一流的产品，只有拥有一流的产品，才能立于不败之地。
质量在我手中，我想说质量不仅仅在我们的手中，还在我们的心中。只有心里有“质量意识”这个观点，无论在什么岗位，我们都以提高工作质量为目标，严格要求自己，严把质量关，从现在做起，从每一个人做起。让我们意识到质量代表着诚信，质量就是一个品牌！一个没有诚信的企业，根本无法在激烈的市场竞争中立足。
其次，在实际工作中，人们往往把服务理解为态度，即态度好=服务好。其实不然，服务有其更深刻的内涵。
在日常生活中，我们都知道一句话“态度决定一切”，但是，在实际工作中，考验我们的不仅仅是态度，还有我们的服务。对客户的良好服务就是对公司工作负责的体现，也是关乎公司又一形象的体现，同时也是自身素质的体现。在实际工作中，我们要经常以换位思想去观察、体验客户的具体需求，不断充实和丰富服务工作的内涵，做到：以我真诚换客户真情，就能真正实现企业“客户至上”的服务。
再次，要做到热爱自己的岗位、热爱自己的企业。
要树立坚定的信心，具有面对任何困难和挑战的勇气，把握自己的人生方向，找准自己的人生坐标；通过不断的学习和实践，提高自身的素质，掌握有用的本领；大胆开拓、勇于创新，让我们的人生价值在创造中得到充分发挥和升华！真正做到爱岗敬业，把企业的发展做为我们的首要任务，让我们真正的融入到企业这个大家庭里来。
