I am an open-minded and smart boy/girl with broad interests, like playing basketball, reading, especially in engineering such as software programming, website designing as well as hardware designing. 我于xx年下半年度报名参加了全国大学生创新实践活动，采用的是学生自拟课题“超临界二氧化碳发泡环氧树脂及表征”，该课题申请到了上海市级资助，目前我们小组已经完成了实验中环氧树脂的溶胀实验，正在通过调整溶解时间、溶解压力、固化时间、固化温度等参数来筛选合适的发泡条件。在xx年的“华东理工大学-亚什兰”杯化工创新实践大赛中，我们小组抽到了“乙醇-乙醇钠溶液制备”的任务书，经过详细的实验规划和实验操作，我们小组采用精馏塔，对乙醇和水的混合蒸汽通过外回流并利用3A分子筛通过选择性吸附除去反应中水分的实验最终获得了一等奖。在化工设计领域，参加了xx年“中石化-三井杯”化工设计大赛，虽然在比赛中没有获得较好的名次但是通过这次比赛学到了很多有关化工设计方面的知识，比如利用软件模拟工厂流程、绘制PID和PFD图、精馏塔的详细计算和安全性能校核等。除了以上的内容，作为卓越班的学生，班级还组织过很多工厂的参观活动，对一些化工厂的布置、企业文化有基础的了解。另外，在20xx年底的科训活动中，我在金山的一个专科学校学习了一些工厂工人的基本技能如法兰的连接、泵的调整等。
2.研究生阶段的打算
研究生阶段，我想首先是要把一开始的基础课程知识都学好，建立合理的知识结构，尽量广泛的涉猎学科知识，深入的了解所学领域的历史，掌握独立的'研究方法和技能，学习更多的研究方法，并且要强化自己的规范意识，训练自己写论文的表达能力。其次研究生阶段必不可少的就是要做一些研究，跟导师做也好，自己做也好，把知识应用于实际，最后要有总结自己所做研究的能力，写好自己的毕业论文，为以后的博士生阶段做好准备。

职员招聘面试技巧及注意事项
1、如何回答问题
(1) 把握重点，简捷明了，条理清楚，有理有据。一般情况下回答问题要结论在先，议论在后，先将自己的中心意思表达清晰，然后再做叙述和论证。否则，长篇大论，会让人不得要领。面试时间有限，如果多余的话太多，容易走题，反倒会将主题冲淡或漏掉。这一点在面试自我介绍的时候尤其需要注意。
(2) 讲清原委，避免抽象。用人单位提问总是想了解一些应试者的具体情况，切不可简单地仅以“是”和“否”作答。应针对所提问题的不同，有的需要解释原因，有的需要说明程度。不讲原委，过于抽象的回答，往往不会给主试者留下具体的印象。
(3) 确认提问内容，切忌答非所问。面试中，如果对用人单位提出的问题，一时摸不到边际，以致不知从何答起或难以理解对方问题的含义时，可将问题复述一遍，并先谈自己对这一问题的理解，请教对方以确认内容。对不太明确的问题，一定要搞清楚，这样才会有的放矢，不致答非所问。
(4) 有个人见解，有个人特色。用人单位有时接待应试者若干名，相同的问题问若干遍，类似的回答也要听若干遍。因此，用人单位会有乏味、枯燥之感。只有具有独到的个人见解和个人特色的回答，才会引起对方的兴趣和注意。
(5) 知之为知之，不知为不知。面试遇到自己不知、不懂、不会的'问题时，回避闪烁，默不作声，牵强附会，不懂装懂的做法均不足取，诚恳坦率地承认自己的不足之处，反倒会赢得主试者的信任和好感。
2、如何消除紧张
由于面试成功与否关系到求职者的前途，所以大学生面试时往往容易产生紧张情绪。有些大学生可能由于过度紧张而导致面试失败。因此必须设法消除过度的紧张情绪。这里介绍几种消除过度紧张的技巧，供同学们参考。
(1) 面试前可翻阅一本轻松活泼、有趣的杂志书籍。这时阅读书刊可以转移注意力，调整情绪，克服面试时的怯场心理。避免等待时紧张、焦虑情绪的产生。
(2) 面试过程中注意控制谈话节奏。进入试场致礼落座后，若感到紧张先不要急于讲话，而应集中精力听完提问，再从容应答。一般来说人们精神紧张的时候讲话速度会不自觉地加快，讲话速度过快，既不利于对方听清讲话内容，又会给人一种慌张的感觉。讲话速度过快，还往往容易出错，甚至张口结舌，进而强化自己的紧张情绪 ，导致思维混乱。当然，讲话速度过慢，缺乏激情，气氛沉闷，也会使人生厌。为了避免这一点，一般开始谈话时可以有意识地放慢讲话速度，等自己进入状态后再适当增加语气和语速。这样，既可以稳定自己的紧张情绪，又可以扭转面试的沉闷气氛。
(3) 回答问题时，目光可以对准提问者的额头。有的人在回答问题时眼睛不知道往哪儿看。 经验证明，魂不守舍，目光不定的人，使人感到不诚实;眼睛下垂的人，给人一种缺乏自信的印象;两眼直盯着提问者，会被误解为向他挑战，给人以桀骜不驯的感觉。如果面试时把目光集中在对方的额头上，既可以给对方以诚恳、自信的印象，也可以鼓起自己的勇气，消除自己的紧张情绪。
3、如何运用语言
面试场上你的语言表达艺术标志着你的成熟程度和综合素养。对求职应试者来说，掌握语言表达的技巧无疑是重要的。那么，面试中怎样恰当地运用谈话的技巧呢?
(1) 口齿清晰，语言流利，文雅大方。交谈时要注意发音准确，吐字清晰。还要注意控制说话的速度，以免磕磕绊绊，影响语言的流畅。忌用口头禅，更不能有不文明的语言。
(2) 语气平和，语调恰当，音量适中。面试时要注意语言、语调、语气的正确运用。打招呼时宜用上语调，加重语气并带拖音，以引起对方的注意。自我介绍时，最好多用平缓的陈述语气，不宜使用感叹语气或祈使句。声音过大令人厌烦，声音过小则难以听清。以每个用人单位都能听清你的讲话为原则。
(3)注意听者的反应。求职面试不同于演讲，而是更接近于一般的交谈。交谈中，应随时注意听者的反应。比如，听者心不在焉，可能表示他对自己这段话没有兴趣，你得设法转移话题;侧耳倾听，可能说明由于自己音量过小使对方难于听清;皱眉、摆头可能表示自己言语有不当之处。根据对方的这些反应，就要适时地调整自己的语言、语调、语气、音量、修辞，包括陈述内容。这样才能取得良好的面试效果。
4、如何运用手势
其实，在日常生活交际中，人们都在自觉不自觉地运用手势帮助自己表达意愿。那么，在面试中怎样正确地运用手势呢?
表示关注的手势：在与他人交谈中，一定要对对方的谈话表示关注，要表示出你在聚精会神地听。对方在感到自己的谈话被人关注和理解后，才能愉快专心地听取你的谈话，并对你产生好感。面试时尤其如此。一般表示关注的手势是：双手交合放在嘴前，或把手指搁在耳下;或把双手交叉，身体前倾。

1、面试中的基本礼仪
(1)一旦和用人单位约好面试时间后，一定要提前5-10分钟到达面试地点，以表示求职者的诚意，给对方以信任感，同时也可调整自己的心态，作一些简单的仪表准备，以免仓促上阵，手忙脚乱。为了做到这一点，一定要牢记面试的时间地点，有条件的同学最好能提前去一趟，以免因一时找不到地方或途中延误而迟到。如果迟到了，肯定会给招聘者留下不好的印象，甚至会丧失面试的机会。如果在上海找工作，就更要特别注意这一点。因为上海的路很绕，很容易因为找不到地方而迟到。
(2) 进入面试场合时不要紧张。如门关着，应先敲门，得到允许后再进去。开关门动作要轻，以从容、自然为好。见面时要向招聘者主动打招呼问好致意，称呼应当得体。在用人单位没有请你坐下时，切勿急于落座。用人单位请你坐下时，应道声“谢谢”。坐下后保持良好体态，切忌大大咧咧，左顾右盼，满不在乎，以免引起反感。离去时应询问“还有什么要问的吗”，得到允许后应微笑起立，道谢并说“再见”。
(3) 对用人单位的问题要逐一回答。对方给你介绍情况时，要认真聆听。为了表示你已听懂并感兴趣，可以在适当的时候点头或适当提问、答话。回答主试者的问题，口齿要清晰，声音要适度，答话要简练、完整。一般情况下不要打断用人单位的问话或抢问抢答，否则会给人急躁、鲁莽、不礼貌的印象。问话完毕，听不懂时可要求重复。当不能回答某一问题时，应如实告诉用人单位，含糊其辞和胡吹乱侃会导致面试失败。对重复的问题也要有耐心，不要表现出不耐烦。
2、不要有这些小动作
手：这个部位最易出毛病。如双手总是不安稳，忙个不停，做些玩弄领带、挖鼻、抚弄头发、掰关节、玩弄考官递过来的名片等动作。
脚：神经质般不住晃动、前伸、翘起等，不仅人为地制造紧张气氛，而且显得心不在焉，相当不礼貌。
背：哈着腰，弓着背，似一个“刘罗锅”，考官如何对你有信心?
眼：或惊慌失措，或躲躲闪闪，该正视时却目光游移不定，予人缺乏自信或者隐藏不可告人秘密的印象，极易使考官反感;另外，若死盯着考官的话，又难免给人压迫感，招至不满。
脸：或呆滞死板，或冷漠无生气等，如此僵尸般地表情怎么能打动人?得快快改掉。一张活泼动人的脸很重要。
行：其动作有的手足无措，慌里慌张，明显缺乏自信，有的反应迟钝，不知所措，不仅会自贬身价，而且考官不将你看“扁”才怪呢。
总之，面试时，这些坏习惯一定要改掉，并自始自终保持斯文有礼、不卑不亢，大方得体、生动活泼的言谈举止。不仅可大大提升增强求职者的形象，而且往往使成功机会大增
3、面试中的随机应变
在面谈面试过程中，用人单位一般处于主动位置，尤其是面谈没有固定的模式，有时可能会随时发生你所料想不到的情况，这时就需要你善于随机应变，恰当处理意外情况：
(1)、比如在面谈中，你可能会出现紧张感，把事先准备组织的表述内容扰乱了，此时，你或许可以向主考官坦率地说对不起，或太紧张了，是否能暂停一下，一般主考官会给予谅解，此时你便可稳定情绪，从新组织你的表述内容：
(2)、在面谈中也可能会碰到双方沉默、尬尴，这也可能是应试人故意设置的，看你能否沉得住气，此时你得善于寻找恰当的策略来应付，比如找一些主考官感兴趣的话题，以恰当的方式来继续会谈，或者顺着刚才的话题，继续发挥谈话。你同时也保持沉默，可能也是一种有效的策略。
(3)、如果你讲错了话，切勿紧张失态，保持镇定，若是小错，可以忽略不予计较，继续你的讲话，若是大错，则应当面纠正致谦。
(4)、对主考官所提出的问题，你若不懂，切勿装懂卖弄，可以坦率承认，并可虚心请教，这样可显出你的诚实好学的品质。
对面试者来说，还要注意以下细节问题：
1、第一印象很重要。和主考官握手一定要有力，以说明你的自信和热情;要两眼平视主考官，注意和考官们目光交流，而不要环顾四周
2、面试时要集中注意力。对主考官提出的任何问题都不要忽略
3、少说话。要避免滔滔不绝、夸夸其谈的陈述，回答问题时要具体明了
4、准时抵达面试地点。准时到达说明你重诺守信

应届生求职面试需掌握的技巧
一、掌握面试技巧应需提前了解的要领或具备的素质：
1、不要把自己的专业当成找工作的唯一条件，好好想想自己能做什么?会做什么?喜欢做什么?不按这个专业找工作行不行?
2、大学生应把找工作当成自己的工作，应了解各行业各岗位的工作性质，把这过程当成学习找工作的过程;举例A：9月底开始至找到工作那一天，每天早上8：00出门,17:00回家，赶招聘会、网上投简历、面试、复试。
3、了解每场招聘会招聘单位的具体岗位是什么?有什么要求?怎么运营的?薪酬是怎么计算的(侧面了解)?发展平台及空间怎样?举例A：各大不同行业的销售、平面设计、动漫设计、培训教师、酒店管理、动车乘务员、空乘服务员等岗位(工作时间、工作方式、实习、试用、工作内容、工作环境及具备的条件);这些问题都是不一样的，只有在认真了解的过程中，才能知道什么性质的工作岗位适合自己?自己能胜任什么样的工作岗位?只有做到这些才能在后期面试中避免无话可说，不知道说什么，不知从哪里聊起。
4、学好礼仪知识，增添面试自信筹码;面试中，你的一言一行，面试官都在观察你，好的礼仪，展示你的优点，弥补你的不足之处。
5、好的口才，除增添面试自信筹码外，可以促成自己成为全能性的人才;举例：要敢于在公开场合下讲话、要敢于跟领导对话、要敢于在会上发言;声音要洪亮，要大，可以每天坚持大声有感情的去读报纸、学会和陌生人打招呼、学会和异性打招呼，克服恐惧心理。
6、面试前提前到单位一趟，熟悉下乘车路线，观察下该企业的文化，工作环境，找到企业的用人理念，便于自己面试中运用(如果单位了解到你对他的企业文化这么了解的话，恭喜你，你可能会被聘用)
7、工作可以先试，不一定非要一步到位，这是我们找工作的误区;了解这个行业，积攒岗位经验是最重要的。在找工作开始的前半年，对找工作有困难的同学们，可以采用这种方法，半年后，就要安心工作，不要随意换工作。
8、刚就业不要一味看重工资待遇，工作平台、薪酬要上升，2年的工作时间是基础、是节点;举例A：中南财经政法大学房地产研究生班的研究生，毕业后到“碧桂园”售楼部工作，从售楼员干起，现在已是该房地产公司高管了，当初放弃高薪的大公司、大平台，现在想想，无论在哪个行业，只要你用心去工作，你就会成功。
9、不要一味看重国企、上市公司、外资企业、大公司，非大单位不去，(你在挑单位的同时，单位也在挑你);举例：省直机关领导的关系朋友，孩子毕业后，请我们帮忙找工作，开口要的是国企、上市公司、外资企业、大公司的岗位及平台，这些公司不是我们开的，待遇好，招聘条件也苛刻，请问你够优秀吗?
10、先选对行业，再选工作岗位;了解自己，了解行业岗位，先选择你要在什么行业发展，在来定自己能在这个行业做什么样的工作。举例(不太洽当)：男女谈朋友，你要先确定“白富美”还是“高富帅”，再来看谁的性格我能接受，谁人品好，我才能继续和他(她)谈下去。
二、面试中应注意的面试技巧：
1、面试中目光请不要离开面试官的眼睛，表现出你在很认真、很投入的听，这是你取得高分的送分题;举例：不要有这些不利表现，不敢看对方、低头、玩手、你的心不在面试上。
2、初试，千万不要正面提工资待遇是多少?
3、初试完后，请记住问面试官，我什么时间会得到通知，便于掌握后面找工作的主动权，也是你向面试官加深印象或提示你对此岗位重视的一种暗示。
4、面试完后，请一定要打招呼离开，不要招呼都不打，转身就走，这是很不礼貌的，(面试谈的很好，结果你的失误，却失去很好的印象分)。
5、坐姿端正，双手递上简历，双手接物等。
6、要善于和面试官套近乎，多聊，在不跑题的情况下，谈到20-30分钟，你就很有可能面试已经通过了。
7、面试谈话要有主动权，不能被动式面试，体现出你对问题的主观思想和看法。
8、如果你的面试成绩不理想或很想去这个单位，聪明的求职者就会提前到会场，也可以晚退场，增加表现的机会，表明你的诚意，如可能共进中餐、晚餐也是不错的选择。
9、面试前，如有中意的单位，请一定要提前上网，了解该单位的信息，了解初试中可能要问的问题，做好准备工作。
10、错峰求职(淡季)易中签。
11、如有意向单位，请亲自上门推销自己，你会有意向不到的收获，可以确切地说成功几率在30%左右，你的诚意、你的勇敢、你的独特方式会打动面试官。
12、想办法要到面试官的手机号，打破严肃的话题，面试后保持联系，面试官会认为你很灵光。
13、主动打破面试的紧张、严肃的面试局面，创造轻松、欢快的面试局面(你很喜欢运动啊，我也喜欢你这个牌子衣服。)
14、不要在求职网站上，投了简历后，“用情专一，傻傻的等”。
15、恋爱中的同学们请注意，不要在招聘现场黏在一起(手牵手、搂腰)，因为单位很有可能认为你找工作不够专一，心思不在找工上面或认为你的行为与现场公共场合环境不协调。
16、面试官问：在上大学期间，谈过恋爱吗?谈过几次恋爱?
举例A：谈过，请问你该怎么回答?
举例B：没谈过，请问你该怎么回答?
17、初试，面试官问：你的月薪期望值是多少?(不能说出具体标准，说高说低都不好)。
18、初试，求职者问：月薪是多少?(不能这样问，应该问，每月的工资是怎么构成的)。
销售面试建议及注意事项
建议：
当面试双方已经进入谈薪阶段，就应当抓紧机会，委婉地说出自己的期望值。此时应聘者应该注意以下四点：
1、不要虚报目前收入。许多公司有简历审查的程序，会让录取员工拿出原先单位的工资单以做核实。因此，在说明目前薪水时，要尽量做到真实。
2、给出整个薪资结构。这位求职者十分坦诚，可是他在谈薪上缺乏技巧。最好的方法是对以前以及将来的薪资结构进行解说。比如说，以前的6000元收入，是包括1500元的基本工资，几百元的房贴、车贴，再加上3000元左右的销售提成;本次跳槽希望能有2000元以上的基本工资，由于自己拥有丰富的客户资源，相信提成加上福利能达到6000元以上。这样面试官就不会在简历上简单地写下“6000元”的期望薪酬，而会写“2000元+提成”，这样被公司认可的可能性较高。
3、了解行业整体薪酬。不同行业、特定时期的人才市场景气状况直接影响到员工的薪资待遇，求职者应在面试前对行业薪酬进行了解。在有条件的情况下，尽可能通过各种渠道了解一下你所应聘公司、应聘岗位的大致薪酬情况，并结合自己的心理期望底线，确定一个薪酬范围。此外，一般来说，拥有3至6年工作经验的求职者，跳槽后加薪幅度一般在20-30%左右。权衡多方因素，才能给出公司能够接受的薪资数额。
4.给出灵活的薪酬。每个雇主在询问求职者期望薪酬之前，心里已经有了大致的给付标准，他们会根据求职者的回答，在这个范围内灵活调整。当求职者给出期望薪酬后，雇主往往会直接选取底线的价格。因此对求职者来说，一方面给出的薪酬底线要高于实际期望值，另外一方面，要注意保持薪酬的灵活性。可以说：“结合我的工作经验，我希望我的薪水比前面一份工作高出20%-30%，不知道是否与您的薪酬标准相吻合?”这样就既灵活，又委婉。
5.不要在面试的第一个问题就问工资待遇.
6.最好是等面试考官司先问你这个问题.(如果他对你产生兴趣,待遇问题是他要和你一定要谈好的问题)
7.你的薪资要求要合理.注意听别人的经验及学历和工资要求,有一个参考.一般来说每个工作岗位基本有一个较普遍的工资标准.如:某个职位在市区内:2000---2500(不包吃住), 关外:1500---1800(包吃住).你要求的工资要有一个灵活的跨度,如2500---2800,3000---3500等,最好不要一口价:2200,3000. 要给人考虑和调整的空间.如果你认为最少2500可接受,可能你要说2500到达2800比较好.
如何与用人单位约面试时间?
对于你来说，上午是最宝贵的。在没有较大的把握的情况下，一般最好不要答应上午去用人单位参加初次面试或复试(很多公司通知10-20个应聘者9：00就到他们公司，而他们领导可能10：00或11：00才到或有空，还有一个一个地轮流面谈，有时一天都浪费了还不一定成功呢)。上午最好是去人才市场投简历和参加初次面试。当别人问你某天上午X时有没空去他们公司面试，你可以这个回答：“X先生/小姐，你好。我很珍惜这次面试机会。不好意思，我已经和另一家公司约了X天上午XX点。请问X天下午X点可以吗?”没有特殊情况一般都同意的。他通知你就意味著对你有兴趣要和你再详谈，他们不会因为你下午去就不要你这个人才了。这样，你就在上午多获得几个宝贵的机会。
注意事项：
(1)注意防盗。不要将钱包手机及证件原件放在裤袋里。最好放在有扣的背包或手提包里。要时时防有小偷趁你不注意时偷走你的贵重物品。背包要放在胸前，放在背后容易被人拉开拉链偷东西。
(2)下午不要去人才市场。一般招聘位上午就可以收几十份甚至百份简历，或初步面试几十个人，下午就回公司了。
(3)不要打电话问用人单位你的面试结果，用人单位很反感这样做。要学会判断考官从面部表情流露的信息，如微笑则表示你有一定希望。如果他/她只冷谈地说“等通知吧”，“如有需要我再和你联系”，那可能没有希望了。如果他/她说“我希望有机会能和你做同事”，说明很有希望。一般面试结果会在面试后3到5天内有消息,如果没有消息基本上是没有希望了.建议在等消息的这几天内还是要继续面试,不要浪费时间去等那些可能永远也不可能的好消息。
