一、教材分析
本单元是人教版《新目标》的第十二单元。这本教材的词汇量很大,内容新颖,尤其是生动活泼的卡通化的画面,很符合七年级学生的年龄特点和心理特点,其中还囊括了很丰富多彩的文化知识,以及合作探究的活动,十分贴近学生的实际生活经验。本单元的话题Talk about rules.与日常生活密切相关。作为一名中学生,遵守学校班级、家庭和社会公共场所的规章制度是必须的。在谈论规则时,一般运用祈使句、情态动词can和have to等。这是英语新课程标准中规定所必须掌握的内容,是交际英语中必不可少的项目。因此,本单元对于提升学生的学习兴趣而提高学生的听、说、读、写能力有很大的帮助。并通过self check检测,积极地、及时地寻找各自的不足,以便学生树立良好的内在动机,不断获得成就感。

三、学情分析
我所任教的班级为我校七年级的学生。我校位于农村,因此绝大部分的学生来自周边的农村,再加上周围方言的影响,更是对英语学习造成很大的困难,而学生英语基础更是参差不齐。课堂上相当一部分学生由于基础或是个性差异原因对学习英语缺乏自信。能够很投入,很积极学习的常常只是很少部分人。学生优差的两极分化非常严重,男女生的差异也很大,通过上个学期的学习,女生在英语学习的信心上明显劣于男生。因此,教师应采取积极措施及时帮助那些"弱势群体",帮助他们树立自信心,激发他们学习的兴趣,让他们体会到英语学习的乐趣。
四、教学设计理念
本单元几个课时教学设计均强调从学生的学习兴趣,生活经验和认知水平出发,结合本校实际,谈论学校班级的各种规章制度以及规则的优点和不足。提倡采用任务型语言教学途径和方法,鼓励学生在教师的指导下,通过体验、实践、参与、探索和合作等方式,发现语言的规律,逐步掌握语言知识和技能,不断调整情感态度,形成有效的学习策略和自主学习能力。

二、教学过程
1、导入设计:教师事先安排学生听一首英文歌曲,问他们: "What do you think of this song?"复习上一节课的内容。再问:"Can we listen to it in class?"这样便引出学校规则讨论。
2、整体感知:
(1)充分利用图片以及实物进行直观教学,引出本课的主题—"Rules"—school rules.
(2)呈现大量图片,并引导学生谈论图上的人物以及规则,学生有不理解的,教师要讲解。

二、说教法

四、说教学过程
课前准备:这节课为了方便、实用起见,课前准备好26个字母的卡片及钢笔、铅笔、铅笔盒、卷笔刀、书、橡皮擦、尺子、词典、背包(挂在墙上)等物体,使学生觉得自然有趣。
1、复习
为了突出本课的重点,突破难点,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,丰富教学内容和形式,提高课堂教学效果,复习分作两项:
a: 姓名每个人都很熟悉,每个同学又都会说,所以首先通过问答姓名,让学生在复习中运用my, your, his, her等形容词性物主代词。首先对个别同学进行提问:What’s your English name, please?
该同学回答:My name’s Gina.
转而问另一名同学:What’s her English name?
该同学回答:Her name is Gina.
然后用同样的方法引出:His name is Tom.
接着把这些问答进行于教师与小组之间,小组与小组之间,教师与全体同学之间,这样每个同学都敢于开口,都有机会开口,而且能自然地运用my, your, his, her等词了。
b: 通过几个单元的学习,学生对26个字母是再熟悉不过了。所以复习的第二项就是运用字母卡为新内容作准备,具体是:
举起一个字母卡放在胸前,问某同学:What’s this in English?
同学回答:It’s "A".
接着用这个动作再问几个字母,然后手远远地举起一个字母卡,问:
What’s that in English?
同学回答:It’s "B".
然后用举在胸前和举在远处这两个动作继续向个别、小组或全体同学问:"What’s this/that in English?"学生们初步理解了"this"与"that"的区别了。问完之后,顺势向同学们提议为老师唱"ABC Song",这样不单复习了旧知,还活跃了课堂气氛。
设计意图:基于学生生理和心理特点,遵循语言学习的规律,创造条件让学生对他们感兴趣的问题用英语进行表达,使他们有学好英语的信心。
2、学习新词:
举起课前准备好的物品,向同学们提问或自问自答:
What’s this / that in English? It’s a book.
注意用"this"时,把物体举在胸前,用"that"时,物体举在远处或放在远处,背包体积大,干脆挂在墙上,那么用手指着背包使用"What’s that in English?"时,学生们是再明白不过的了。
用这样的方法一直教授完重点词汇,并注意和不定冠词连用,边教边读 (a) pen, (a) pencil, (a) pencil case, (a) pencil sharpener, (a) book, (a) ruler, (an) eraser, (a) backpack, (a) dictionary.然后把这些单词投影出来,重点教读、练习。
设计意图:把词汇融于句型进行情景教学,意在培养学生在生活中接触英语时,乐于探究其含义并尝试模仿的能力。
3、学习新句型:
手拿物品介绍:This is my book.
然后问同学:Is this my book?
引导学生回答:Yes, it is.

再要求学生两人合作或者小组与小组合作手拿物品相互进行问答,练习过后进行表演。两人合作到教室前面进行表演,小组与小组合作只需两组的同学分别站起来,通过这些练习表演,学生们对新词汇、新句型不只是了解,而且会说,会运用了。并且使他们深深体会到:我也能使用英语进行表演交流了。那么一种喜悦与成就感就油然而生,对"我能学好英语"也充满了坚定的信心。
设计意图:依据教学内容创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、讨论、交流与合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务,感受成功的愉快。
4、运用、巩固新知识
经过词汇和句型的学习,学生已经掌握了本课的重点、难点知识。现在通过课本P7,P8的笔试、听力训练,对新知识进行运用、巩固,并跟着磁带反复读,培养语感。
设计意图:利用教材进一步锻炼学生的听、说、读、写的能力。
5、游戏
游戏能促使学生根据场景运用所学语言进行交流,并能增加趣味性,活跃课堂气氛,具体方法:
叫几个同学起来,其余的人把眼睛闭上,这几个同学把自己的几个物品放进一个盒子里,然后宣布:睁开眼睛,这个盒子里有这几个同学的东西,当你从中拿出一个时,就要通过问他们问题寻找物体的主人。
问题:Is this / that your / his / her pen?
回答:Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t.
每个人最多只能问三个问题,问得好,寻找到了主人要给予奖励。
设计意图:以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点,设置尽量真实的语言情景,使学生能够在活动中使用英语,通过实践活动来促进学生语言运用能力的发展。
6、练习

一、 教材分析 (一) 教材的地位和作用 本单元学习的是与学生生活密切相关的话题食物,由 Section A , Section B 和 Self check 三个部分组成。本节课是第六单元的第一课时,因此主要是 Section A 部分的内容。
教材内容围绕着谈论喜欢与不喜欢的食物展开,易于激发学生的学 习兴趣。
本课时以听说为主, 要求学生在学习活动中运用所学单词和句型进行交 际,有助于培养学生的口语表达能力和综合语言运用能力。
(二) 教学目标 《课程标准》中说:英语教学的目的是培养学生运用语言进行交际的能力, 为用而学,在用中学,学了就用。因此我把本课的教学目标定为以下几个方面:
1. 知识目标 1) 通过对本节课的学习,学生将能够认识并掌握一些有关食物方面的 单词,如 hamburger, French fries, salad, strawberry, broccoli. 2) 能理解并正确使用以下句型:Do you like?? Yes, I do. /No, I don’t. 2. 能力目标 1) 能用本课所学句型自由的谈论喜欢喝不喜欢的食物。

Homework. StageⅠ。Warm-up (3mins) 在热身环节,我采用 Free talk 的形式让学生自由的谈论他们所喜欢与不喜欢 的食物。活跃课堂气氛,激发学习兴趣,同时自然地引入本课主题——food 以及 重要句型"Do you like??" StageⅡ。 Pre-task (10mins) Step1. Stage Guess &Learn 本环节主要是学习这节课的新单词及重要句型。为了激发学生的兴趣,我设 计了一个猜图片学单词的游戏。
首先用多媒体呈现一些不完整的食物图片,让学 生运用想象力猜出食物的名称, 进而学习新单词。
然后通过师生间的问答与互动, 学习重点句型。
Step2. Memory Challenge 接下来,用多媒体课件快速闪现所学食物图片及单词,让学生进行短暂记忆 后完成图片与单词配对练习, 为后面的中心任务做好词汇铺垫,同时培养学生的 观察判断能力。
Stage Ⅲ。 While-task (15mins) 在这一环节中,我设计了几个任务型活动,让学生在活动中操练所学单词及 句型。

give a report 首先,我创设了一个情境:假设某位学生要开一个生日 party,在去采购食物 之前,他首先要对同学的喜好做一个调查。活动内容是四人一组,()互相询问对方 喜欢和不喜欢的食物。然后,请每个小组选出一位同学向全班汇报调查结果,培 养学生的语言交际能力和归纳概括能力。
Step2. Watch &
listen 多媒体展示课文对话的教学录像,让学生边看边听,同时完成一个与课文对 话内容相关的任务, 加深对课文的理解。
然后, 听录音, 完成课本上 Section A 中 1a,1b 部分的练习,加强听力训练。
Step3. Discussion &
report 活动内容是让学生以小组为单位,讨论什么是健康的食物,然后将所学实物 单词分成 healthy food 和 unhealthy food 两类,制作一个健康食谱。最后请一些 小组汇报他们的讨论结果, 使学生养成健康合理的饮食习惯,同时也为下节课进 行一日三餐的营养搭配学习做准备。
StageⅣ。Post-task (10mins) 针对本课涉及到的语言点如何区分可数名词和不可数名词,我设计了一个小 组竞赛活动, 看哪个组能够在最短的时间内准确地将所学食物单词分成可数名词 和不可数名词两类。把竞争机制引进课堂,调动学生的积极性,增进小组合作与 交流。
接下来是一个评价活动, 教师与学生一起对前面几个环节中各小组的表现 做出评价,评选出最佳表现奖和最佳合作奖,给予表扬鼓励。
StageⅤ。 Homework (2mins) 共分为 2 项:第 1 项是让学生回家调查父母喜欢和不喜欢的食物,并试着为 他们做一顿可口的饭菜。
目的是提高学生对所学知识的实际运用能力,同时让学 生学会关心父母。第 2 项是用"I like ?,I don’t like ?."结构写一篇小作文, 培养学生的思维能力,提高写作水平。
七、 板书设计 我将本课的板书分为左右两个板块,左半部分呈现单词,右半部分呈现单词, 并且上半部分都是可数名词,下半部分都是不可数名词。结构清晰,简介明了, 便于学生理解、记忆和操练。

1.首先和大家交流一个问题:孩子上了高中以后,总有一部分家长很纳闷:我家的孩子在小学能考到八九十分,初中也能考到七八十分,为什么到了高中,成绩不令人满意,甚至有些失望呢?
这个问题的答案首先与各个学习阶段的特点有关:小学阶段以赏识教育为主,要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心,试卷内容大多与课本有关,因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主,考试会照顾到大部分学生,因此分数也较高。但是,高中教育,特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下,就是以选拔为目的了,所以,考试难度与深度会有很大的提升,得分率自然就会下降,孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们高中的学习,是不科学的。
其次,与学生自身的学习方式和学习习惯有关:高中阶段学习科目多而且难,要求学生必须学会自主学习(自觉主动地去学习),即变“要我学”为“我要学”,再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学,那样成绩自然会下降。
2.第二个问题,为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大?成绩进步大的一定是那些学习习惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样,其实因素很多,这不仅仅与学习基础有关,最主要的是与孩子的心态、学习方式及学习习惯密切相关。学生的学习方式及习惯是极其重要的,直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到高三时才感慨,现在我们不是不想学,而是在高一、高二时没有养成良好的学习习惯,没能改变自己的学习方式以适应高中的学习,现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此,现在必须努力学习。
在此,我希望家长们要时时关注孩子的学习习惯和个性,也就是情商问题。大量的实例证明了一个人的成功主要取决于情商,其次才是智商,两者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英语学科举足轻重,就必须爱英语,以十足的干劲学好英语。
3.第二个问题,请家长们正确看待孩子在班级的考试名次,当孩子名次退步时,原因是多方面的,首先帮助他树立信心,然后一起帮助分析原因,而不要盲目地批评甚至打骂孩子。“望子成龙,望女成凤”是我们共同的心愿,但在高一更应注重孩子学习习惯的培养、学习方式的转变,让孩子快乐的成长进步,严格遵循教育教学规律。
4.有些孩子还没有适应高中的学习,还不知道高中阶段怎么学,希望家长们高度关注。高中学习科目多而难,时间紧,主要靠学生自主和自觉地学习,老师主要是引导和辅导、检查和督促,而不像初中那样盯着你学习。说明学生在学习目的、学习兴趣上还需培养。

第二组是肯学,但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导,耐心教导,慢慢提高他们的成绩,不能操之过急,且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力,成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散,学习不认真,基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境,才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导,这些同学基础重新建立起来,以后授课的效果就会更好。对于中等生平日上课实行梯度教学。

三:取得的经验
1、深入研究教材教法、形象生动教学
尽力了解大纲内容,做到对教材熟悉。
所教教材是EEC七年级下册,因为课文偏向于科普文章,教材的难度大,而且内容与生活距离较远。我尽力将教材讲得更加生动形象活泼,更加简单一些。比如在讲授食物链时,我在黑板上画出食物链中的各个环节,帮助学生明白什么食物链。教学效果较好。另外采用了绘图(简笔画),增加色彩,运用实物,上课五分钟问答,等多种形式结合,
2、听读领先,说写在后。
鉴于英语是一种表音文字,能听会读对于学生的书写会有很大帮助。在授课过程中发现一些学生对于英语有畏难情绪,很大程度上是因为看了英语不知道怎么读,在前面几个单元的教学中我们花了很多时间读,效果还可以。学生基本上可以大胆的读,对于英语只是由于本教材前面有大约六本书,所以课文相对于我们的部分学生来说,几乎全部是生词,有相当的难度。
3、推行小组合作竞争形式
在课堂上我极力贯彻“学生会的老师能不讲就不讲,让学生多动——多动笔,多动口,多思考,多提问,”的原则。将课本中的内容分成不同的任务,分给不同的小组,如在复习的时候采用竞赛的形式,极大地调动了学生的积极性。

我听说学校要举办英语才艺竞赛。我想挑战自己。我报名了。没想到小小个子的我竟成了幸运儿,通过了全班的初赛----那时我又害怕了,但我的班主任曾灿辉老师鼓励我说:“不要怕,只要你站上了舞台,你就是第一。
”杨老师也将她的左右铭,“尽己最大之努力,留下最小之遗憾”送给了我。我放松了,没那么紧张了。演讲稿还经过了几次的修改,因为当时我们刚接触英语,不能说很多,我们就用我们刚学的那几个单元的内容组合起来,介绍家庭,介绍自己的爱好----组员也经过了几次组合。
杨老师想给全班更多的机会。这些学生不是我们期末考试的成员。其中有个黄头发的叫刘慧琳的女孩———我的同学,她的头发可不是染的哦,她是从小就患有一种病,她的身体很不好。但她非常喜欢英语,非常想参加比赛。老师给了她机会。每次练习,她都是最勤奋的。
见到她,让我们知道幸福的意义。
我家在农村,父母都是农民,爸爸妈妈也不懂英语, 不能在家帮助我什么。但我喜欢学习,从心底很喜欢英语,喜欢英语课。我在这爆料一下——我们的ms yang 经常说她是“魅力女人”,这可能是原因之一吧!
我虽然也已经很努力了,可毕竟我们是农村出身的孩子,老师说我的发音中带着一股乡音,我纠正了很多次,也取得了很大的进步。
我们是一个快乐的集体,我们快乐的学习,老师对我们的评价是,“你们是初生牛犊不怕虎。”通过这次的活动,我的声音成了班里女孩子当中最大的;站在舞台上,我不再脸红心跳。快乐如我,自信如我。
我会继续努力,回报老师们的关心和努力。

★ 初一英语励志演讲稿
小学六年级的时候,我们英语班换了一个老师。
老师姓辛,个子很高。他高大的身材突出了他的头,变小了。虽然脸上没有洋溢着温暖的笑容,但她总是微笑着。虽然是男老师,但是我们感觉他一点都不严格。
第一天上课,我们犯了一个错误。初三、初四、初五的英语老师上课都用英语,但是说中文的不多,我们听得懂。而辛老师上课说话,英语咕哝很多,上课只能茫然点头摇头。而且辛老师讲课速度也很快,不知道之前的课老师怎么说的。
为此,家长也给老师打了电话,但得到的回答是:“这是我的教学方法,请不要打断!”
但是,过了一段时间,让我彻底改变了对辛老师的看法。
首先他上课很活泼,让课堂气氛很活跃,让我们都提了起来,上了一堂精神课。其次,在习惯了他的英语之后,我们并不觉得自己听不懂。而是用自己的理解去揣摩老师话里的意思。渐渐地,我们已经能够理解老师在课堂上经常说的一些英语。
辛老师上课总是出丑,逗得我们哈哈大笑。但是老师的“出丑”是为了让我们更好的记住这些应该注意的事情。我记得有一次,老师放音标的时候,故意把粉笔斜着擦在黑板上,发出“吱吱”的刺耳声音。我们都喊着,捂着耳朵。然而,正是这种烦人的“吱吱”声让我永久地记住了这两个音标。到现在,我仍然深深记得他们的发音。
还有一次,辛老师没收了一个同学带来的刀。我还记得那堂课是英语考试。我们都在认真地写试卷的底部。辛老师百无聊赖地站在讲台上,我们的讲台是木头做的。于是辛老师把刀从远处扔到讲台上,然后准确地插入讲台板。那样,人就害怕了。
过了一会,拿刀的同学走上台去交论文。辛老师看到了,拿起刀吓了同学一跳,说:“你怎么不过来玩?”同学吓得退后一步,慢慢回到座位上。
后来辛老师告诉我们,他之所以那样,是为了警告我们不要把这种尖锐的东西带到学校来。我还记得辛老师当时说的话。
现在,当我在中学的时候,我将和辛老师分开。

在英语课上背单词是众所周知的事情。有一次上课,我被叫起来背了八百年没叫的黑板上的单词。奇怪的是,这一次,我把听写的一、二、三、四等英语数字都答对了。我回到自己的内心,惊喜万分。哦,我会没事的!
但是平时更多的问题是默写。徐老师经常让我们去办公室背单词,背书和修改作业。她常说的好像是:“我说过这话吗?这话我说过多少次了,你怎么想不起来!”偶尔,她会抓住同学的耳朵,更多的时候,她会用她可怕的话语来谈论我们。那些词语和表达,却要杀人!
虽然徐老师很严厉,但是她很少打我们,平时也很关心我们,尤其是我在办公室被数学老师打哭的时候。她安慰我不要哭,那一刻的温柔充满了母性的光辉。
这样,我们每天都在徐老师的严格纪律下学习英语,英语进步很快。期末,我的英语考试应该是全年第一!然而,徐老师想请假回家结婚,当她离开我们和这个班的时候,以后偶尔会看到她一两次。但是从那以后,徐老师再也没有教过我们班英语,一种突然的失落和无声的悲伤出现在她的心里。
现在的初中已经是很遥远的过去了。记忆中,徐老师对英语教育的热爱仍然回荡在那所学校。

I think my dad was a hero for me when i was a young child. we'd go fishing, walks, and other fun things for a kid.
Every child has a good and great father, and so do i. my dad played a very important role in my daily life——exactly speaking, in my past 16 years.
My father always stands in the center of my life, from past till now and possibly in the future.
My family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby, small room rented from my father's factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me.
But father made this all different!he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese,surly,i have my own room.and he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.
When i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.
I learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.
Like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even can’t work the computer. (Motivational model yuedu.)so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’, ‘don’t waste time on the computer games, ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan ? reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it
Years pasted, my father is over 45 now. it is time for me to look after him and i am sure i will do and we will live an even better life. and i will say,i really love you dad,cause you are the hero in my mind.
