在生活中，自踏入大学大门的那一刻起，就注定我要为之改变。因为这个陌生的环境需要一个更坚强更成熟的我来面对。没了父母的唠叨，没了老师的叮咛，这份轻松带给我们的却不只是轻松，更多的是迷茫与烦恼。面对丰富多彩的校园生活，我们必须明确自己的方向，做出适当的选择，每个人都要为自己选择负责。就是这样，在大学里，没有人告诉你应该做什么该怎么做，只有自己慢慢地在生活中逐渐适应，去寻找自己要走的路。成长意味着更多的责任，更多的无奈，更多的辛酸，但我坚信自己有足够的勇气来面对这些。
回望过去的一年，有些“不堪回首”。用同学形容我的一句话作为小结：只说不干。是的，这个毛病伴随我已经好些年，只是一直不能去克服，这个假期中，我不断反省自己，对过去一直浮华不定的我，作了深刻的反剩也不知道是否偏题。期末考试不是很理想，我从不认为那是我的运气不好什么的，我知道我的努力不够，这些我都意识到的，以前没有改，我想从我写这份小结的时刻考试改正，我不知道是否会改掉，我想我会努力。
已经过去的一年，是不断充实自己，不断探索的一年，我在许多方面获益良多，能力方面有所提升，眼界有所拓展，思想有所升华，同时，缺点也逐渐凸显。学习方面不够刻苦，不论是从日常表现还是最终的成绩上都可以体现出来;社会交际能力仍然需要提升，以助于以后的工作生活;在身体锻炼方面需要加强，良好的身体也是一个人持续发展的关键。

Due to the comprehensiveness of China’s “reform and open” policies， economics plays an increasingly important role in the development of its global position. Though more and more companies built， management of companies cannot catch up with the development of the companies. Management is a burgeoning field in China， so I hope I can acquire more modern knowledge on management in England. The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to my childhood. My father was among the first of China’s new breed of modern entrepreneurs. As a young girl， it was inspirational hearing about his business ventures， and meeting the varied and interesting circle of entrepreneurs. My mother was also involved in business as an accountant， helping him with simple calculations. And so it was early in my life that I hoped I， also， would someday be able to enter the realm of business.
With the time of growing up， I preferred reading books to satisfy my curiosity. I never ceased to contemplate over the questions I encountered. Subjects on business and management became a special fascination to me and my knowledge of psychology as well as interest in this field was increasing rapidly.
As a high school student in China， I had to concentrate on the College Entrance Examination (CEE)， even so， books not related to the exams were never excluded from my life. Unfortunately when sitting in the exam in June， 2001， I was so nervous that I didn’t score well in the CEE exam. I enrolled in the department of Computer Science in Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Any attempt to persuade myself to focus on my major turned out to be a failure at the beginning of my college life. After several terms， I realized that I would never be interested in being a programmer or an engineer. At that moment， I lost my direction and objectives.
My persistence in reading saved me from the dark situation. As a matter of fact， I enjoyed reading the books included Encyclopedia American， and some books about management by Peter F.Drucker. I began to notice something interesting： Why some companies can produce more than others? Why some company can sell more than others? Why some companies can build up but others cannot when facing the same difficulties?
With the questions in my mind， I started to read many relevant books. I was lucky to read the book “Jack： Straight from the Gut”by Jack Welch， in Which John A. Byrne makes a clear illustration that the management is important for a company. When I was a junior， I ran a bookshop by myself near my school. I should manage not only the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shop even made some strategies to enlarge the business in my shop to hold on the run the shop. From this， my interpersonal skills and the capacity in business has been greatly developed， definitely I was increasingly interested in what I was doing. By December， 2003， I had finally determined to take business management as my career instead of IT. To accumulate more relevant knowledge， I strived to gain more practical work experience in some big companies.
Fortunately， as a senior， I began by conducting an internship in the Architecture Company in Zhejiang Province. Over six months， I worked as an assistant of the manager to harmonize the relationship between the different departments in this company and to draft some management system， which broadened my perspective of management conditions and business performance in different industries. The experience showed me that management is much more important than that of I thought in big companies. After graduation， I continued my work in this company. In May， 2005， the company offered me an opportunity to participate in an training program held by a famous management school. Through in-depth discussions with teachers and students in the classes， they all encouraged me to pursue my future career in management field because of my intellectual ability and the brand new ideas I mentioned.
During the short period of training， I realized that pursuing a higher degree in management is a wise choice for me now. I am interested in the field of study of Organizational Behavior. In the past， I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations， depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs)， large multinational firms， or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.

Currently, I am a junior student in International College of Hubei Normal University majoring in Accounting. Thus, I have obtained great knowledge about business for the past three years. 时光匆匆，大三的学习生活已经结束，进入大四新的阶段了。回首大三这一学年，我依旧保持积极的态度，努力奋斗的信念，但我面对的是不同于之前的挫折，解决的是不同于之前的问题，收获到的是不同于之前的喜悦与成果。
在思想道德方面，大三第一学期我参加了党校学习并顺利毕业，在这期间了解到我们党的光辉奋斗史，明确认识到党员的权利和义务，并且拿一名党员的标准严格要求自己。通过不断的努力，我的思想政治素质有了长足的进步，希望在以后的学习得到进一步提高。
在学习方面，我努力学习专业课程，认真研究相关专业知识，积极参加相关技能比赛，而期末成绩也比去年有了明显的进步。在这一年里，我通过努力学习先后取得了大学英语六级、会计从业资格证书，黄金交易员资格证书，这对我今后的工作有很大的帮助，也是对我这一学年努力最好的肯定。在工作方面，我参选成为班级团支书，努力做好自己的本职工作，对于班里各项要求和活动，积极的参加和配合。努力做到从平时做起，从小事做起，在日常生活中起模范带头作用。而在第二学期的五四评比时我获得了“优秀团员”的称号。

大三学年个人总结 篇不知不觉中我已经是大四的学生了，距离离开校园的日子越来越近了。总结大三这一年，对于大多数人来说与大一大二有很大的不一样，在这一年我们要真正的规划一下自我的目标了，是考研还是工作。考研的开始思考要考什么学校什么专业以及怎样安排读书计划。准备毕业后工作的也开始陆陆续续的走上了实习的岗位。这一年我们不在像大一大二那样悠闲。下方简单的总结一下我的大三生活吧。
在课程读书上，这与大一大二基本没太大区别，就是课程少了一些，还是平时不够努力考试前使劲临阵磨枪。因此成绩也没什么变化，既没有下降也没有提高。英语四级还是没有过，大四要加油了，快要没有机会考啦。还有计算机三级也没有过，读书太不努力了，这一点真的`要改改了。
在生活上，也没什么太多的改变。早晨有课的时候早起，没课的时候晚起。由于我们宿舍人都比较懒，因此每次的宿舍卫生检查分数都很低。偶尔通知院里领导来检查时，我们才会使劲打扫卫生。周末不经常回家，学校离家里太远了懒得折腾，通常就是在宿舍睡觉，上网，看电影，偶尔去去图书馆。
在思想上，与前两年有很大不一样，毕竟是临近毕业了，要思考自我的目标了。经过将近一年的挣扎思考，我最后做出了最后的决定，就是毕业后先工作，先了解一下社会现状，以后在思考考研的事。还有就是长大了该赚钱了，不好意思再像父母要钱了。

蓦然回首，一年的时间像弹指间一挥而过，今天我以真诚的心态面对大家，客观的、真实的向大家汇报我一年来的工作情况：
一、思想方面
自从参加工作以来，我始终在师德上严格要求自己，为人师表，热爱学生，尊重学生，争取让每个学生都能享受到最好的教育，遵守学校的各项规章制度，积极参加学校的各类政治学习，并且认真记录，及时反馈，努力提高自己的思想觉悟，不断地完善自我。我努力学习有关新课程改革的教育教学理论及新的课堂理念，使自己在教育教学实践中有很大的收获。我不善言谈却踏实肯干，了解我的老师对我的评价大都是两个字：实在。我相信再笨拙的行动都能使一切华美的语言黯然失色，只有求真务实才能有真正的收获。我的真诚换来的是老师们的信任与照顾，在学校与大家和睦相处，团结协作，做到大事讲原则，小事讲风格，服从安排，尽心尽职做好自己的本职工作。
二、班主任工作
本学年我接任一年级(1)班。都说低年级学生好摆弄、听话，其实不是外人所想象的那样。从开学那天起有“艰苦卓绝”的军训和日常排队的训练，运动会、阳光大课间、流动红旗班级评比、家长会等各种活动，这路走来，我用心做好这份工作。 我们班有很多孩子是从幼儿园直接进入小学，没有学前班的过渡，无论知识储备还是良好行为习惯几乎都是零。我最初的工作重点是培养最基本课堂规范，养成最基本的学习习惯。现在学生学习状态良好，积极向上的班风初步形成，我在学生的进步中体会到幸福的快乐!
在坚持教好书的同时，我从未放弃过育人工作，班主任工作中，我努力做到“爱”和“严”并存。想要教好每一个孩子，就必须对他们有更深的了解，这就必须和他们的家长进行更多的交流。我知道家庭是所更大的学校，不能放松家庭教育。为此，我经常找家长进行交流，和他们谈怎样给孩子创设一个良好的家庭环境，和他们谈怎样教育孩子成为一个高尚的人，和他们谈怎样改正孩子的每一个小毛病。
1、在班级中开展竞争意识
在班级管理中，老师往往希望全体学生向最好的学生看齐，是不利于调动全体学生的积极性。实施素质教育首要问是面向全体学生，使每个学生的素质都得到提高。班主任必须关注班中的每一名学生，调动他们的积极性。用同一个标准去衡量全体学生是不科学的。试想：在同一次考试中，一名向来不低于九十分的优秀学生只得七十五分，而另一名向来不超过六十分的学生却得了七十分，那么，谁更值得称赞?基于这种认识，为了使班中每一个学生获得不同程度的发展，本学年我在班中开展“比一比谁最棒、我进步了”的教育活动。在全面了解学生的思想状况，学生基础，智力状况，身体素质，性格爱好的基础上，确定每一个学生的奋斗目标，同时，要求每一个学生都客观地、全面地总结自己过去，充分认识自我，然后在思想、学习、纪律、文体劳动、爱好特长等方面确定今后的奋斗目标，并坚持每月写班主任综述表。对不同程度的学生提出不同的要求和奋斗目标，对学生来讲是切合实际，可以接受的。虽然是自己与自己比，但实际上也存在同学之间的相互竞争，这种竞争就是比谁的进步大。这样的竞争是人人都可以争取的，因而，学生谁也没有太重的心理负担，只要努力就有进步，就能实现目标。这样进步和成功的喜悦感，经常在他们心中，班中开展这些活动，使后进生不再消极、气馁，信心十足地面对每一天，优生谦虚谨慎，戒骄戒躁，不断实现自我超越。

准是指在做学生思想工作时，要抓准会出现过错的原因，有针对性地开展思想教育。学生出错的原因是多种多样。例如：好心办错事;出于好奇心而干了错事;受人唆使帮助互相打闹、偷别人的东西;自我要求不严格而违反纪律;家庭教育不良。要仔细分析，找准原因，区别对待，因事因人而异，力求通过正确的教育方法引导学生朝健康的方面发展。细心指导。班级德育工作在于调动学生的积极因素，克服消极因素，提高学生的自觉性，帮助他们健康成长。任何学生都有闪光点，差生也不例外，只要细心留意，就不难发现他们身上的闪光点。班主任要善于抓住学生学习、劳动、班级活动中闪光点，激发他们的上进心和求知欲。恒是指恒心。对转化工作要按计划持之以恒，长期坚持下去，不能热一阵、冷一阵、抓一阵、放一阵，要善于抓住学生的闪光点，哪怕是微小的进步，都要给予表扬、肯定、鼓励，并不断强化。后进生毕竟因其后进，在学习上与其他同学落下一段距离。为了使这个距离缩短，我还经常帮他们进行个别辅导。先跟他们谈话，要他们明白老师、家长都希望他们学习进步，都想帮助他们，而只要他们自己加倍努力，老师和家长都相信他们同样会成为好学生。另外在课堂上，对于一些预知的疑难问题，师生共议解决后，我还特别叫他们起来复述，进行难点突破、巩固。而课堂上没解决的，课余再补，利用放学后的十几分钟时间，他们进行个别补习。由于长期如此，有些学生乐意配合老师的工作，使他们学习也在慢慢地进步。
让学生教育学生。教育孩子必须走进孩子的世界，理解孩子的心理，决不从大人的角度看待孩子。有些事情在大人看来是错误的，但在孩子眼里却是真实和正确的。大人教育孩子时，总喜欢摆大道理，大谈自己的想法和体会，没有触动孩子的心理，让孩子教育孩子的方法很有效。一次有两个学生打架，我很耐心地摆出一些道理和事实教育了他们一番，让他们明白打架的坏处和弊端，我认为这一次教育对全班同学来说是十分深刻的，但没过两天，又有另外两个学生打架。我很气愤，但我认为如果再批评一次也起不了作用。我将前两天打架的学生叫到跟前，让这两位学生将当天打架的情形和感受与他们分享。这两位同学很留心听他们说，听后深有感触，并互相道歉，许诺以后不打架，使这两位同学确实受到深刻的教育。
三、教学工作
在教学上，为了有效地提高教学质量，我首先从自己做起，改变观念，努力赶紧课堂教学。听同学科老师的课，利用网络资源查找资料，学习先进的教学方法，考虑学生年龄特点和接受能力认真上好每一节课，使学生真正喜欢语文并学好语文。针对学生年龄特点和接受能力，备好每一节课，上好每一堂课，批好每一份作业，教育好每一个学生，努力去做一个深受学生尊重和信赖的老师。
1、认真备好课，做好课前准备，上好每一节课。
2、注意培养良好的学习习惯，提高学生的自学能力。没有良好的学习习惯，学习谈不上自觉学习，抓学生坚持预习的习惯，学生借助课后思考题，使用工具书，查阅资料，扫清学习上的障碍，做到勤检查。培养书写规范工整的习惯，订正作业的习惯。
3、优化教学方法，充分发挥学生主体作用。
今天，课堂教学作为实施语文素质的教育的主阵地，运用启发式、点拨式、讨论式、导学式等生动活泼、行之有效的教学方法。本学期尝试用了多媒体教学，借助网络，制作了简单的课件，上好校内公开课。课堂上，想方设法让学生通过眼、手、口、脑各种活动，获得学习的乐趣，培养健康的个性。阅读教学以读为本，训练为实。在老师的指导下，让学生自读、自悟、自得。读的过程中，读出适当的语气，重视让学生默读，让学生在读中思考，从而培养学生读书的习惯和情趣。要求学生学会学习。在学习过程中，强调学生本身积极参与，成为教学活动中的主人。因此，当学生对新知识疑惑不解，产生问题时，就要抓住时机释难，解决问题。讨论理解这个环节就是为了激励学生积极地投入学习。一节课就四十分钟不可能让学生一个一个说。于是我就组织各种形式让学生参与讨论：有同桌、小组讨论，有师生共论。这样就使平时不爱说话的学生也有了说的机会，提高他们的口头表达能力。课堂上腾出时间去说、写，学会探索，学会分析和解决问题，常言道：“眼过千遍，不如手过一遍。”通过巩固读中学到的知识，检查教学目标是否落实。课堂上人人动手，既体现学生的主体作用，又可体现教学面向全体学生。课内和课外结合。阅读教学得法于课内，得益于课外。学生可以将课内学到的方法迁移到课外。鼓励学生读一些适合他们的课外读物。通过课外阅读，可以扩大视野，丰富词汇，增长知识。
四、加强学习，不断提高自身素质。
在教学之余，我积极参加各项教育教学研究活动，积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，以不断提高自己的教学水平，教学效果明显。今年我参加了全国的moc的教学设计比赛。

回顾这一学期，有许多值得总结和反思的地方。现将本学期的工作做一个总结，借以促进我今后工作的进一步提高。
一、加强学习，不断提高思想业务素质。

三、任劳任怨，完成学校其他工作。
我在工作之余，把自己在教学中反思、案例、收获等收集起来，并记录一些自己的工作过程、生活故事、思想历程，精选和积累了自己最为需要的信息资源，并积极与其他教师在博客上进行交流、讨论在教学中存在的问题。
四、加强反思，及时总结教学得失。
反思本学期的工作，在取得成绩的同时，也在思量着自己在工作中的不足。不足有以下几点：
1、对数学教学的理论学习还不够深入，需要进行反思，教学水平提高速度缓慢。
2、教育科研在教学实践中的应用还不到位，研究做得不够细和实，没达到自己心中的目标。
3、数学教学中有特色、有创意的东西还不够多，今后还要努力找出一些自己在数学教学的特色点。
4、工作的积极性不够高，主动性不够强，有惰性思想。这也有待于今后工作中的进一步改正和加强。
五、继往开来，开创新的天地。
鉴于自己在本学期的各方面表现以及在工作中存在的诸多不足，我今后的努力方向是：
1、加强自身基本功的训练，特别是课堂教学能力的训练。做到精讲精练，注重对学生能力的培养。
2、对后进生多些关心，多点爱心，再多一些耐心，使他们在各方面有更大进步。

时光荏苒，转眼间大学时光已经过去了一半。在这两年时间里，我在各方面都严格要求自己，始终坚持积极向上的心态。以下是我对大二一年的学习生活进行的总结。

Due to the comprehensiveness of China’s “reform and open” policies， economics plays an increasingly important role in the development of its global position. Though more and more companies built， management of companies cannot catch up with the development of the companies. Management is a burgeoning field in China， so I hope I can acquire more modern knowledge on management in England. The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to my childhood. My father was among the first of China’s new breed of modern entrepreneurs. As a young girl， it was inspirational hearing about his business ventures， and meeting the varied and interesting circle of entrepreneurs. My mother was also involved in business as an accountant， helping him with simple calculations. And so it was early in my life that I hoped I， also， would someday be able to enter the realm of business.
With the time of growing up， I preferred reading books to satisfy my curiosity. I never ceased to contemplate over the questions I encountered. Subjects on business and management became a special fascination to me and my knowledge of psychology as well as interest in this field was increasing rapidly.
As a high school student in China， I had to concentrate on the College Entrance Examination (CEE)， even so， books not related to the exams were never excluded from my life. Unfortunately when sitting in the exam in June， 2001， I was so nervous that I didn’t score well in the CEE exam. I enrolled in the department of Computer Science in Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Any attempt to persuade myself to focus on my major turned out to be a failure at the beginning of my college life. After several terms， I realized that I would never be interested in being a programmer or an engineer. At that moment， I lost my direction and objectives.
My persistence in reading saved me from the dark situation. As a matter of fact， I enjoyed reading the books included Encyclopedia American， and some books about management by Peter F.Drucker. I began to notice something interesting： Why some companies can produce more than others? Why some company can sell more than others? Why some companies can build up but others cannot when facing the same difficulties?
With the questions in my mind， I started to read many relevant books. I was lucky to read the book “Jack： Straight from the Gut”by Jack Welch， in Which John A. Byrne makes a clear illustration that the management is important for a company. When I was a junior， I ran a bookshop by myself near my school. I should manage not only the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shop even made some strategies to enlarge the business in my shop to hold on the run the shop. From this， my interpersonal skills and the capacity in business has been greatly developed， definitely I was increasingly interested in what I was doing. By December， 2003， I had finally determined to take business management as my career instead of IT. To accumulate more relevant knowledge， I strived to gain more practical work experience in some big companies.
Fortunately， as a senior， I began by conducting an internship in the Architecture Company in Zhejiang Province. Over six months， I worked as an assistant of the manager to harmonize the relationship between the different departments in this company and to draft some management system， which broadened my perspective of management conditions and business performance in different industries. The experience showed me that management is much more important than that of I thought in big companies. After graduation， I continued my work in this company. In May， 2005， the company offered me an opportunity to participate in an training program held by a famous management school. Through in-depth discussions with teachers and students in the classes， they all encouraged me to pursue my future career in management field because of my intellectual ability and the brand new ideas I mentioned.
During the short period of training， I realized that pursuing a higher degree in management is a wise choice for me now. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations， depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs)， large multinational firms， or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.

To be honesty, I am an average student but I have diligent and strong confident heart. I believe that a good attitude can change bad situation. So I am always keeping a positive attitude on my life. I never ever give up any chance of promoting my study. During my three years in Hubei Normal University，I never fail a class and always do my best for assignment. However，in my mind, social activity is as the same important as class study. In my spare time, I took part in student union and took charge of minister in arts department. Our well-organized activities attracted many students to practice themselves. Last summer, I joined the Work and Travel Programme to be a staff in an American company for three months. I made good use of that chance to improve my oral English and tasted western culture. I think I can understand and adapt to a foreign culture in a short period.

时间就如手中细沙一样无论怎样努力都抓不住得从指缝中滑落，进校时情景还历历在目，感觉像是做了一场美好梦，然后醒来后发现自己已到了另一个世界，让人不由自主得感叹道时间也许是这个世界上最残酷东西，没有任何一个人能抓住它流向。随着时间逐渐流逝我学会了许多，体会了许多，了解了许多，应该说自己经过了这一年大学生活后已经比以前更加成熟了，重新认识了自己——一个与过去完全不同自己。
过去我总是以一种玩乐心态来面对学习，而现在我则已经学会了用谨慎态度对待它，因为小学，初中，高中知识都是纸上谈兵，从实践方面来讲没什么实质性作用，而大学里知识不一样都是今后踏上工作岗位后要用到，对于今后工作有着巨大影响，不学好话就影响到自己将来前途，所以不能再像以前一样混水摸鱼，得过且过，只求一个及格分数就好，而是要打起十二倍精神抓住每门功课中知识点，始终牢记于心，并学会如何去熟练得运用这些知识才是关键。此外，还要掌握一些和自己专业有关课外知识，以扩充自己知识面，并时时了解自己所学专业社会动态，为毕业后找工作做好充分准备工作，避免以后让人觉得自己其实是一个草包。因此大学里学习不再是单纯得为了分数而战，而是为了自己前途而战。

时间过得真的好快啊，去年兴致勃勃的踏进怀化学院的画面好像还是不久前发生似的。回望大一这一年，我经历了好多印象太深的事了。
刚开学经历的就是军训，那时对大学生活充满了好奇，充满了渴望。军训的辛苦是难免的，但军训让我认识了好多新朋友，最难忘的就是军训会操结束后，整个体育系体现出来那股从未见过的凝聚力，让我深深的感动，那次我流泪了。军训结束后，原本以为想象中美好的大学生活来临了，但事实告诉我，大学生活并不是那么幸福。不过去年国庆还是给了我很美好的回忆，当时我们浙江大一的新生一起出去玩，一起聚餐，一起K歌。我在长假最后一天度过了标志着自己成年的生日，好多同学为我庆生，但是我真的很感动。长假结束后，真正的大学生活也就开始了。第一件事就是班干部竞选吧，当时抱着一试的态度去竞选，没想到当上了纪律委员，自信心有了很大的提高。接着而来的是迎新杯篮球赛和足球赛，虽然我们班篮球赛上战绩很差，但我相信我们有实力，来年会很强的。足球赛可以说让我永远铭记，我们班虽然拿到了亚军，但我们毕竟年轻啊。第一来年肯定是我们了。我也从一个不怎么喜欢踢球的到了热爱足球。对我帮助最大的是心理素质提高，因为我当守门员，每时每刻都在玩心跳。我们班的高度团结精神也在足球赛上体现的淋漓尽致。

其实，我真的不愿意承认我已经大四了，真的不愿意承认我的大学的生活已经过去了四分之三了，真的不愿意承认我马上就要结束学校的生活走向社会了。太多太多的不愿意，太多太多的不接受和不习惯，但终究还是要到来的!
时光如梭，岁月飞逝，青春的脚步不会为谁而停留。在回望过去的一年，我没有了遗憾，因为在那悄然流逝的日子里，我始终是在努力着的。在那段美好的日子里同样留下了属于自己的欢声笑语和酸甜苦辣，留下了自己成长的记忆。回顾这一学年的求学生活历程，我还记忆犹新，现将我这一学年的情况作如下总结。
在学习上。一个大学生除了培养自己的个性，一定的文化功底不可少。在我心里，学习一直摆在第一位。大三的课不同于大一大二的基础，大多数是专业课。这是关键的一年，直接与我们未来的工作挂钩。因为是专业课所以有点难啃，需要花很多的精力去充实，温习，而且有些课与课之间是融会贯通的，一门不扎实，就很难把另一门学好，环环相扣，这就不得不去复习原先的知识点，所以大三的学习是苦涩而充实的。
在生活上，我基本上都可以和同学们友好相处，互帮互爱，自己的事情自己做，形成独立自理自立的良好品德。宿舍是一个大集体，四个人生活在同一个空间里面，但是各自的生活习性都不相同，这就需要大家互相理解和迁就，共同创造一个良好的学习和休息环境。大学就像半个社会，在步入社会的缓冲的时间里，可以学习到很多东西。假期可以做兼职，像我们工科专业的学生，虽说最好是在工厂里能得到最好的锻炼，干一些别的事情也可以练练手，还能锻炼应变能力。上学年开始的时候还坚持锻炼，后来由于种种原因就没坚持到底，人说身体是革命的本钱，新的学年我要求自己善始善终。光锻炼身体还不行，健康饮食也很重要。做班级里的宣传委员，官是不大，但它使我跟同学多了一些交流，少了一些陌生，有收获、有锻炼，此足矣。
在思想学习方面，这一年认真学习了邓小平理论和三个代表重要思想，积极改造自己，树立正确的人生观，世界观和价值观，坚定自己的人生信念。在网络和书籍上我也学习了党的知识和国家的政策法规，也希望能早一天加入党组织，成为一名光荣的共产党员!
存在的不足
除了学习上的不足外，我充分认识到自己在对人对事方面的不足。首先自己还不太够自信，总害怕失败和过分在乎别人的眼光;不懂得社交中的许多规矩，不善于和陌生人交流;面试技巧有待加强;演讲和口才有待提高;不能时刻想着帮助同学，不能时刻为他们着想，这个方面有待加强。有对自己的认识才会有提高，希望自己在接下来的日子多做自我检讨，努力了解自己改进自己，虚心接受他人的批评和建议。

其中有苦有乐。半个月的军训让我们成熟了。而且还洗脱了年轻气。这次军训让我认真体会到了大学生活的第一课。军训期间也是守本分，每次训练都很认真。我已经脚踏实地的完成了每天每一节的训练。当时我就想，再苦再累，也永远当不了逃兵。正是这种意识支撑着我，让我完成了整个训练。军训期间，虽然很苦，但我觉得很值得！
在这期间，我收获了很多，学到了很多，这些都让我受益匪浅。让我明白了怎么和同学相处，自己和别人的差距，这些差距在哪里。在这些方面，我感到惭愧。正是因为如此，我才明白这种差距的存在。在以后的生活和学习中，我也努力学习和借鉴别人的经验来补充自己的不足。一个学期的学习，我觉得，有点小。
这时，期末考试临近，我意识到时间过得很快。这一刻，我觉得自己什么都没学到。虽然此刻真的很想放假，但是我现在没有那个心情。这一次，心情和以前大不一样了。像急于返回的感觉没有以前那么强烈了。早就被考试的阴影掩盖了。一想到考试就要来了，我就很难过。觉得考试不好怎么回去跟父母解释？特别是这次考试是我们入学后的第一次考试，所以无论如何我都不能不及格。
关于这次考试，我的复习不够。之前没有花太多时间学习，但此刻只需要在考前的时间里认真复习。给点基础知识巩固一下，其实我想做的更好。但现在想想，也觉得不值这个蜡烛。尤其是这一刻，我们是刚入学的大一新生，进入这个充满乐趣，对一切充满好奇和兴趣的新世界。一直充满激情地参加各种社团和学生会等组织。最初的想法是能够在群众中得到锻炼，从而提高自我的潜能。大学三年，不缺。谁能想到这些活动不仅浪费了我很多时间，让我没有太多时间学习，而且给了我很多教训。这有点得不偿失，所以我必须集中精力学习，发展自己的专业知识，摆脱以前“带着兴趣学习”的问题，努力脚踏实地地学习每一门学科。
另一个是改变我的习惯。刚进这个学校的时候，我对那里的学习生活模式不是很了解，也不是很了解，在这些方面吃了很多苦。有时候想想，那里的生活方式和学习方法和高中差不多。同一个班，作息时间，让我感觉和高中没什么区别，也没觉得有什么了不起。不同的是，有很多空余时间，因为有很多空闲时间，往往经不起上网的诱惑，经常跑去上网，不仅要花很多钱，还耽误很多事情。此刻想想，真的有点如果。

此时此刻已经认识的朋友，早就失去了刚入学时的挽留和隔阂。大家都和睦相处，特别是和我们宿舍的几个同学。所以，有时候，我很庆幸自己来到了鄂东职业学院。同时，我很幸运来到我们电气专业。正因为如此，我才有机会见到他们。不然也不会遇到这么多朋友，认识这么多同学，这是我来这里最大的收获。
