大家晚上好！
二三鞭炮入窗来，讶觉新春序幕开。今天是传统节日小年，我们相聚在耕耘与收获拥抱的年关，回眸20xx年，我们坚守把颐和中学办成“让学生喜欢，让家长满意，让教师自豪，让同行尊重”的学校的教育初心，这是颐和人的颐和梦。
20xx年，对颐和人来说，是非凡的一年，也是难忘的一年，多项改革初见成效，“第三个五年”实现了开门红。我们积极践行“学校促进教师，教师推动学生，学生成就学校”发展理念，加快办好人民满意教育进程，推动我校继续走在沧州基础教育前列。我们积极推进教育供给侧改革，内涵发展之路迈出重要步伐，教师管理和学生管理改革的主体框架已经基本成形，学校生态、教学风气呈现良好态势。
20xx年，我校被评为沧州市文明单位和河北省民办明星学校，河北省中小学督导评估和运河区民办教育验收均受到很高评价；我校三名教师参加运河区“美哉青春爱在基层”主题演讲比赛，孙悦老师荣获惟一一个一等奖，肖娜娜、孙华玉老师分获二、三等奖；我校教师参加沧州市高中数学、政治、生物，初中地理、生物、体育等学科评优课，全部获得一等奖，其中刘赫、刘萍、马艳丽老师分别取得全市第一名、第二名的好成绩，刘赫老师代表河北省参加全国比赛获得一等奖。高考在生源较差的情况下取得了优异成绩，中考各学科平均分、及格率和体育测试成绩均列全市第一……这一切，让我们感到自豪。
20xx年，我们坚持立德树人，活动育人，全面发展人。邀请专家或专业人士走进校园，进行传统文化培训、心理讲座、法制报告会、消防逃生演练、灭火器操作技能培训；让学生走出校园，走进社会，组织学生到市博物馆探访民风民俗，到胜利公园祭奠烈士，到高新区大学科技园参观新科技，走进阳光残疾人俱乐部感受身残志坚的强者风采；成功举办第十届慰问毕业班联欢会、建校十一周年校庆联欢会、第二届田径运动会，初一、初二远足拉练，新生军训，创意纸浆画、蛋壳粘贴画、手工制作灯笼等；还举办了学科竞赛、演讲比赛、地理知识树竞赛等……这一切，让我们感到欣慰。
20xx年，我们进一步明晰管理职能，强化教师发展中心和学生发展中心的管理；打破建校11年来一直采用的年级组办公模式，改为教研组办公，营造了更好的专业成长氛围和办公环境；修订绩效工资方案，提高课时津贴、晚自习津贴和职员绩效；对教职工进行表彰奖励，发放工装和防寒服；组织教职工体检、到长白山、镜泊湖考察研学……这一切，让我们感到温暖。
20xx年，全国人大审议通过民办教育促进法修订案，打破了制约民办教育发展的法律壁垒；沧州市教育局上报市政府常务会议研究的四个事项之一是关于颐和中学的未来发展。我校在和公办学校同样享受初中教材免费和高中贫困生资助政策的基础上，从20xx年起和公办学校同样享受初中生均经费……这一切，让我们感到民办教育的春天真的要来了。
回眸20xx年，心怀感恩。感恩各位同事能与我并肩同行，关键时刻砥砺我勇往直前；感恩我们的学生和家长，他们的或赞美或挑剔，都已转化成我们的经验或历练；感恩沧州一中和东塑集团为我们提供了这样一份拥有专业尊严的体面工作；感恩各级领导能够时时处处关心我们的成长。
感恩是颐和人的一种心态，这是一种健康的心态，是一种觉醒，更是一种良知。常怀感恩之心，眼中定会充满正能量的光芒，生活定会过得愉快、充实、有意义。懂得感恩，才会尊重；懂得感恩，才会珍惜；懂得感恩，才会奉献……这尊重、珍惜、奉献就是对家庭、对他人、对单位、对社会，甚至是对环境的责任和担当。

展望新的一年，民办教育促进法新法将于9月1日实施，市教育局将推动颐和中学未来发展等事项市政府常务会议上会研究。沧州一中未来发展以“一体两翼”布局，“一体”为面向全体学生，让更多的学生考上优质大学。“两翼”，一翼为培养高精尖学生；另一翼为办好民办学校。东塑集团布局更加宏大，明珠商贸城二期（206亩地）三月份动工，并陆续启动保税加工区500亩，控股机器人项目及周边2000亩，沧东工业园区20000亩。未来东塑集团旗下相关就业人员将超过10万人，子女上学必将成为突出问题。从国家到沧州，从一中到东塑，都预示着颐和中学的未来非常值得期待！

各位老师，亲爱的同学们：
奔跑在追梦的路上，我们不再孤单，不再寂寞。
黑暗夺去了我们的视线，但是梦的曙光为我们照亮了前进的道路。为实现我们心中的梦，我们不怕千难万险，不怕失败，一步一个脚印地走向我们心中的梦。
梦到底是什么？梦是让我们成功度过地狱般生活的大学梦;梦是让我们都过上幸福美好的小康梦；梦是让我们为祖国奉献一生的中国梦。现在，我实现了我的大学梦，但在大学里我追逐这我的体育梦。
奔跑对于大多数学生来说，仅仅是让他们拿到体育成绩而已，但对于我来说，奔跑是一种喜欢，再累也不觉得累一种喜欢。当我站在跑道上的那一瞬间里一些不安的因子都消失不见了，是它让我在这个异乡的地方找到那一丝属于我的踏实感，当我受委屈时，它可以帮我消除一切，让我的天空再次晴空万里。
一周4、5次的训练量，很累很累，但是一想起心中的梦，就咬牙坚持下来了。每天训练后，放松时，一声声疼痛的叫声和身体的疼痛感一点点侵蚀着我心中的梦。但是静静的走在跑道上，不断的问自己：到底为了什么？有时候我都不知道自己在坚持着什么？但我真的喜欢奔跑，就时刻告诫自己，既然喜欢，那就为它奋斗吧，心中的犹豫一下子烟消云散了。就这样日子一天一天的过去，训练次数一次一次的减少。
转眼，我站在了其他学校的跑道上，此刻离我心中的梦更近了一步。后台热身的时候，紧张的心情随着身体的一点一点的发热，渐渐的归于平静。当站在跑道的那一刻，我又紧张了，在冲出起点的那一瞬间，我踏实了，一圈一圈的跑着，一口一口的呼气，有那么几十秒我不想跑了，太累了。但是耳边似乎传来了跑道为我加油呐喊的声音，心中的梦也强烈的跳动着，为我加油打气。当到达终点的那一刻，我跪倒了，很累但是很舒服，因为此刻的我不仅实现了心中的梦，也战胜了心中放弃的声音，同时还为我们的学校奉献了自己的力量。
梦，真的很奇妙。当你很累的时候，它会替你消除所有疲劳；当你坚持不下去的时候，它会替你战胜所有放弃的声音；当你迷茫的时候，它会替你照亮前进的道路；当你孤单的时候，它会默默的陪你度过···梦就在我们心中，有了它，我们不再畏惧一切困难，不再感觉到一丝丝孤单。

青年最富有朝气、最富有梦想，青年兴则国家兴，青年强则国家强。从那以后，青春梦就在流行，就在行动。而这个梦不是普通的，它是“中国梦”。何谓“中国梦”?实现中华民族的伟大复兴就是中华民族近代最伟大的中国梦。它是凝聚和寄托了几代中国人的一种夙愿，它是每一个中华儿女的共同期盼。“中国梦”是美好的，然而“梦想照进现实”是需要我们付出很大的努力和汗水的。人们常说：有了梦想才会有奋斗的目标，我也这么认为。梦想它就像一颗种子，只有那些勤劳、勇敢、拥有坚持不懈努力的人才能让它开花结果。相反，和所有梦想一样，如果不付出实际行动，那么梦想就永远只是梦想。

我要演讲的题目是《坚定追梦，洒脱前行》。
很高兴来到这里，与你们共同讨论何为经典。谈到经典，很多人脑海中可能就跳出孔子、李白或《诗经》、《离骚》，然后就能注意到，经典就是这样无声无息地陪伴我们生活。可你是只在早读把它过嘴不过脑地背一背，还是在追逐人生梦想的道路上，与经典携手同行呢?
我希理答案是后者。
励志如李白，他那三分剑气，让经典成为追梦路上指引方向的灯塔。太白诗云：“欲渡黄河冰塞川，将登太行雪满山。”这恰是我们在追逐梦想时的进退维谷。通往成功的路总是布满坎坷，一如李白迷茫的感叹：“行路难，行路难!”然而难又如何?“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。”李百仰天长啸，睥睨河山。经典就是这样，只要用心去感受，身骑白鹿访名山的那抹身影即刻便至眼前，为我们解答无所适从的困感，砥砺我们坚定前行的信仰。
潇洒如庄周，他那翩然若蝶，让经典毅然伫立于山重水复的柳暗花明之间。“大鹏一日同风起，扶摇直上九万里。”这是后人得到的启发。然而轻盈如斯，留下的更多是如何去洒脱释然的达观。作家尤今小时候看看母亲焚烧半辈子的日记，心里十分疑惑。年逾半百后方才明白，世间最美妙的声音是安静，日记中那浮世喧嚣的确不再适于晚年的生话。我想这大概应了那句“定乎内外之分，辩乎荣辱之境。”庄子不是佛系青年，他只是要在去往南冥的路上无所待，这告诉我们，只怀初心。
别让熏心利欲成为前行负累。你看，领悟经典，心就能够飞翔。
古云：半部论语治天下。吾云：细品经典则修身。所强调：“博大精深的优秀传统文化是我们在世界文化激荡中站稳跟的根基。”经典即是经得住世间考验的文化典籍。与经典同行，方可净化浮世灯红酒绿，守住一片净土。

有一次，我放学回家，看到有人拉着猎狗在山上抓动物。当一只可爱的松鼠被猎狗捕翻在地时，它放开了手中的松果，用绝望的眼神看着那只狗。突然，它奋起反抗，可是，一只小小的松鼠怎么能和训练有素的猎狗相比呢?没一会儿，猎狗就失去了耐心，咬死了那只可爱的松鼠。当时它用哀伤、求助的眼神望着我，我为自己的袖手旁观感到深深的自责，我好像从它的眼中看到了松鼠妈妈的守望，对猎狗的恨和对我袖手旁观的怨。 我第一次感到了生命的脆弱，为了纪念那只松鼠，我每次在山上看到别人挖好的陷阱，我都会把它填平，把夹脚的夹子放下来，心自己小小的力量来保护野生动物。有时候，我跟大人们说要珍惜小动物时，他们会笑笑，却不说话，我不敢想象，如果继续那样戮杀野生动物，那么，生态还会平衡吗?那个时候，河里不再有鱼儿，只剩下一片死寂;山上就不会再有悦耳的鸟鸣声。当那些自然动听戛然而止的时候，愚蠢的`人类会不会后悔?当生态严重失衡，水土流失严重，发生洪涝等自然灾害时，无知的人类会不会心痛? 所以，我有一个梦想，我梦想着一觉醒来，河水还是那样清澈，鱼儿还是那样欢快。我希望当我抬头时，看到的是蓝天、白云;听到的是喜鹊的叫声，是和谐快乐的交响。 我有一个梦想，我希望人类对自然多一点关爱和保护，我也希望所有正在破坏大自然的人可以认识到自己的错误，勇于改正，保护环境。
我有一个梦想，我希望所有人都可以爱护自然，爱护动物，还给它们一份应得的宁静和祥和。
我有一个梦想，为了这个梦想，我们应该从自我做起，不乱扔垃圾，不食用野生动物。我们还应感染身边的亲人和朋友，让他们都加入到保护环境的队伍中去。 所以我呼吁：
1、秉承节约的风尚，以爱惜每一张纸、每一滴水开始节约资源。
2、以一颗温暖的心感染身边的生命，让他们更加快乐，让他们不再哀怨。对一切生命怀有敬畏之心、怜爱之心，切不可见死不救，袖手旁观。
3、以一个志愿者的身份宣传节约资源、保护环境的重要性。同时，与所有偷猎、偷卖野生动物的行为作斗争，要坚信：没有买卖，就没有杀害。
试想一下，如果我们生活在蓝天白云下，听着鸟儿们的和鸣，看着嬉闹的鱼儿，嘴角都会不自觉地翘成美的弧度。多么温馨，多么和谐的场面啊!
现在许多人都在寻找所谓的“世外桃源”，可是，我们为什么就不能从自己做起，自己创造一个“世外桃源”呢?与人为善，长命百岁。与人方便，亦是与己方便埃 我相信，只要我们心情善良，就可以和大自然和平共处，与动物们成为好朋友，地球会越来越美丽，大自然会更加和谐。

也许许多人和我一样都是怀着不甘与挣扎跨入大学，并且暗下决心好好学习，升入本科；也许许多人曾纠结于大自考与小自考，但却永远处于徘徊阶段；也许许多人享受着大学时光却忘记了当初许下的誓言。回想自己的大学时光，当初纠结了许久，最后比较了大自考与小自考的含金量，咨询了师兄师姐的意见，便选择了大自考。大学期间，我参加过几次自考考试，但到毕业时我依然还有十多科未考，因为我每次总有许多理由拒绝看书，比如我要复习四六级考试，我要参加教师资格证考试，我要参加各种社团活动，当时我并没有意识到对于专科生来说本科毕业证的重要性。
直到毕业了，我才发现我的大学并没有画上完美的句号，我遗憾我没有用心准备大自考，我遗憾我以专科的身份毕业了。毕业生面临的选择：一、就业。二、考研。而对于专科毕业生来说便只有唯一的选择—就业。于是我怀着激动的心情来到陌生的城市—成都，我心里窃喜终于解放了，然而我不知道等待我的将是赤裸裸的现实，理想点的工作学历都要求本科及以上，最后我只能选择做房地产的销售助理，工作三点一线，枯燥乏味，与理想背道而驰。这让我深深地意识到学历的重要性，没有学历我连去理想职位试一试的.机会都没有，难道他们具备的能力我没有？不，我有，但是我却被拒之门外。三个月后，我做出了决定—考研，虽然知道这是一条充满艰辛的路，但是我毅然决定走下去。首先我必须完成大自考，获得本科毕业证。在咨询大自考中心的老师并在他们的耐心帮助下我更换了专业，只要我认真备考便能在一年就考完。在下定决心后，我果断辞职，4月份的考试我报了4科。于是3月份开始我便每天背着沉甸甸的书包，像饥饿的小孩一样汲取书中的知识，备考阶段很乏味，但我告诉自己一定要坚持。看书看累了，我便开始练习真题，把每一道真题的答案都在书中找到，并写上页码，方便复习。4月份开始我就努力背简答题，分析题。还坚持做大自考中心网站的模拟试题，一遍又一遍。付出与收获都是成正比的，当我拿到试卷的那一刻，我笑了，这是我考试以来从未有过的成就感，与此同时，我也后悔自己当初的不努力，导致现在要花一年的时间去弥补当年的遗憾。
