首先,一名好老师应该拥有渊博的知识,更重要的是将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好。一名语文老师,应该诗词历史,写作阅读,无所不通,无所不知。一名数学老师,应该将奥数几何,各种运算,运用自如。一名英语老师,应该说一口纯正英语,与外国人轻松交谈。现在的许多老师讲课都有些枯燥古板,甚至学生会因为老师的严厉呆板而失去了一个孩子应有的活泼与想象力,也变得呆板起来,或失去学习的兴趣。那么,一个好老师就应该和学生之间拉近距离,平易近人,成为学生的良师益友:在课堂上激情澎湃、充满感情﹑身临其境地

给学生讲课:激动时手舞足蹈,感动时泪流满面;好笑时忍俊不禁,感慨时长篇大论;和学生一起在课文的浪起浪落中随波遨游,品味课文的苦辣酸甜,感受文章的真谛与乐趣将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好;尽量和学生互动学习,让学生带有感情地上课,身临其境地去学习,在学中玩,玩中学;当学生对上课产生兴趣时,往往能产生事半功倍的效果。而这,就是一个好老师应该做到的第一点。

一个好老师不仅要拥有渊博的知识,将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好,还要有高尚的师德。的确,一个老师的师德将会影响一个学生的思想。一位好老师,就应该抓住生活课文中的一点一滴的小事,借机把好的思想传输给学生,将会使学生终生受益。当看见受伤的小动物时,就应该教育学生:要爱护动物;当看到有人破坏花草树木时,就应该教育学生:要爱户花草树木;当看到有人乱扔垃圾时,应当教育学生;要保护我们赖以生存的地球的环境。在学课文的时候,譬如讲到《自己的花是让别人看的》一课时,应不失时机地教育学子:要学会“人人为我,我为人人”的品质;讲到《金钱的魔力》一文,老师又应及时地告诫学生:千万不要像托德与老板那样有着见钱眼开的丑态,不要为金钱所动……当然,不仅要教育学生,老师自己也要做出榜样。例如:当大家在班级大扫除中都干得有气无力时,老师带头大干起来,挥如汗雨---用自己的实际行动来打动我们、鼓励我们;再如:当大家在街上看

见残疾人乞讨而冷冰冰不予理睬时,老师上前去,用同情与怜悯的目光看他一眼,用手递上一张大钞---用自己的行动去感化学生心灵中的角落,教育他们成为一个真善美的好少年……

现在,不少教师经常体罚或破口大骂一些犯错误及成绩不太好的同学。看到身边发生的一个个典型事例,我十分痛心,并坚决反对这种做法。我认为,真正的教育不是对学生体罚或破口大骂,这是一种能深深刺痛孩童们的心的做法。遭受了这样“待遇”的同学们,不仅会心情愈来愈低落,对学习的兴趣也会越来越低……这种状况发展到最后,就会对这些莘莘学子们---甚至是祖国的未来---产生不良的影响。所以,我认为,一个好老师在学生成绩不好或犯错的时候,应该亲切地去鼓励他,指出他的错误在哪,接着,以足够的耐心,帮助他改正错误---而不是以体罚或破口大骂的方式。长此以来,学生不仅提高了自信心,还提高了成绩---真是一举两得啊!

有效教学,让课堂“活”起来

“课堂是什么地方”经常在思考这样一个问题,有人说:“是学习知识的地方”、亦或是“师生成长的地方”。显然这些还不足已满足《新课标》的理念和精神。

我们心目中理想的教室是一个大的后备场,像火山一样,随时等待激发每个孩子的潜能。很有幸在学校组织的课改活动中,阅读了韩立福博士所著的《有效教学法》,这本书

一、“有效教学法”的背景:

我校15年底赴通辽学习韩立福博士的有效教学法,内心被这新鲜的课改所震撼,想到我们初为人师时的梦想,是为了培养有着鲜活“生命力”的学生,所以决心已定,课改必行!16年伴随着新学期的开始,课改大军也轰轰烈烈融入我们的学习中,请来了韩慧教授和几位已经受益于课改的教师为我们奠定理论基础和指明所要奋斗的方向。课改正式开始!

二、团队的建设:

领导们和我们课改教师迅速建立了属于我们自己的团队,一起讨论、提问、解决....有困难,难推进,各式各样的情况会出现,但是我们从不畏惧,因为我们有大后方,我们坚信团队的力量是无穷的,苦并温暖着!

三、实施的过程:

早期阶段:课堂团队建设,指导如何进行结构化预览,培养孩子的能力

中期:渗透学习型课堂理念规范行为语言

中后期:尝试多放手,进入学生预习——学生展讲——学生提问——学生补充——学生总结——学生评价,教师慢慢退出讲台,幕后指导纠正

后期:把更多的创新点留给学生,真正让学生成为课堂的主人,在原本理念的基础上因地制宜、因材施教,形成属于独特班级的独特风格。

4、实施后的感想:

1、学生们真的是“疯”了,再不是安分守己、各就各位的小绵羊,他们有的或者站着,或者斜靠在桌子上,有的干脆直接走到黑板前手舞足蹈,滔滔不绝说个不停,上课形态各异,干什么的都有,但他们都围绕着学习目标而动,精力集中,所以神并不散。

2、传统课堂,没问题就是最好的教学,而今天,孩子们提问了,先不讨论问题价值的体现,这种敢于质疑、大胆**的精神不正是当下学习中所缺乏的吗?

3、我一直相信在每一个年轻的心灵,都存放着求知好学、渴望知识的“火药”现在他们通过自主学习点燃了自己求知道路上的火花,尝到了靠自己学习后的甜头。

4、感触最为颇深的是孩子们之间互帮互助的精神,我们头疼于每班的学困生,苦耐于帮手太少,课改后创建了团队,才发现原来孩子们和我们是一体的,他们之间的你帮我,我帮她的场景历历在目,感动于心,才感知团队的力量如此之强大。

孩子们的进步不仅仅就这三言两语能概括,都融于他们点点滴滴的成长中,每个孩子都是一个独特个性体,他们个性张扬,但并不放肆,因为他们有了团队意识、有了荣誉和进步感、更不断的用知识武装自己展现着每个人特点!经常看到这些,我只想竖起大拇指,不是老师造就了你,而是你让老师成长进步了!前期尽管很累,有不理解、有不满、有质疑........

但我们课改团队坚持下来了,因为我们相信,课改,犹如一株根深叶茂的大树,向上叶及广袤的天空,充满睿智与灵动;向下根触深厚的大地,流淌着质朴与厚重。在大融合中不断生成、,不断完善,不断超越,那是心与心的碰撞,情与情的交融。

各位评委、专家,下午好

我说课的题目是《经济生活》 人教版第四单元第九课:第一框题-----市场配置资源。接下来,我将从教材、学习情况、课程标准、学习目标、教学重点和难点、教学方法、学习方法和过程设计等方面谈谈本课的教学思路。

先分析教材。前三个单元分别围绕“生产什么、怎样生产、为谁生产”这三个经济学的基本问题,依次介绍了关于“交换、消费、生产、分配”的基本内容。如果说前三个单元介绍的是我国经济生活的具体内容,那么第四单元介绍的就是我国经济生活发生的背景和舞台,即从资源配置体制、社会经济发展阶段、国际经济发展趋势三个角度全面介绍我国经济活动是在什么样的背景、舞台上展现自己的风采的。

第九课介绍的就是我国资源配置体制——社会主义市场经济体制,该课遵循从一般到具体的思路,第一框题介绍的是市场经济的一般知识,第二框题介绍的是社会主义市场经济的具体内容,我们知道,任何事物都是共性与个性的统一,社会主义市场经济既有市场经济的共性,也有自身的基本特征。可见学好本课内容是学好第二框题的前提和基础,而且,学好本课内容,有助于理解我国经济体制改革的目标是建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制,从而更加自觉地拥护改革开放,拥护党的路线、方针、政策。

说课标。 根据我国教育部关于高一经济生活课程标准的规定,本课的课程标准有(见课件)

说学情。 与初中生相比,高中学生的身心发展趋于成熟,知识积累量增多,社会接触面扩大,社会交往更加频繁,思想意识日趋活跃,思维能力明显提高。他们正处于思想道德形成的特定阶段:

一方面,他们不愿意被动地接受别人或既定的观点,即具有一定的反叛心理。另一方面,他们自身又难以独立地形成自己的全面的系统的思想观点,其思想品德的形成具有独立性、选择性、可塑性,这就要求我们树立新的学生观,即把学生由被动地接受知识的容器转变为知识的主动探索者、知识的主动建构主体。同时,又要加强教师科学地引导,循循善诱,“润物细无声”,使学生心悦诚服。

依据学情、课标、教材,我们确定本课的学习目标,在教学中,知识目标、能力目标、情感态度价值观目标是“三位一体”的统一

为了突出重点,突破难点,实现本课的教学目标,依据高一学生身心发展特点和认知规律,在教学中,我主要采取以下教学方法;

1 情景教学法 。针对规范市场秩序的必要性及其措施,可以通过****,或者提出问题等办法,创设情景,以激发学生兴趣,启发学生思维。

2 举例法。针对建立健全社会信用制度,可让学生联系实际,举出生活中的事例来分析认证教材中的观点,以加强对知识的理解与把握

3 辩论法。“真理不辩不明’’,针对市场调节的优点和缺点,可引导学生通过辩论,进一步明辨是非,提高能力,促使教学“三维目标”的生成。

在整个教学过程中,学生是学习的主体。因此,在教学中

我特别重视学法的指导,本节课,我指导学生主要采取自主**学习法,合作**学习法,自我展示学习法等,使学生真正成为学习的主人。

接下来,我将重点介绍本课的流程设计

首先,我以董文华的一首优美的经典歌曲---《春天的故事》导入新课,****结束后,我提问大家“1992年春天,有一位老人到中国的南海边画了一个圈”这指的是哪一个历史事件?(同学回答:讲的是1992年邓小平南巡讲话)1992年邓小平南巡讲话,鼓舞了中国人民改革开放的信心;同年召开的中共十四大明确了我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制,十四大的召开进一步加快了我国改革开放的步伐。

通过改革开放和市场经济的发展,中国人民逐步致富。那么,什么是市场经济?怎样促进市场经济的健康发展?

这就是我们在这节课要做的。

第二步,进程新课,在新课进行之前,我就宣布由于时间关系,这节课我们借鉴江苏电视台《一站到底》的方式——快速抢答,请大家勇敢地站出来,大胆地展示你的想法,展现你的风采。《一站到底 》有句经典台词叫什么?你的能量超乎你的想象,红牛维生素牛喝你牛!

你真了不起!也请评委和专家给你打分,看看哪个学生更优秀。

现在,让我们看看第一个问题:什么是市场经济?请看课本第79页第二自然段第二句:

市场经济是市场对资源配置起决定性作用的经济。(请再读这一定义)发展市场经济,首先必须面对一个问题:如何实现资源的优化配置?那么,什么是资源的优化配置呢?

我们讲,所谓“优化资源配置”就是指用最少的资源消耗生产出更多的符合社会需要的产品。实现资源优化配置的基本途径有两种:一是规划,二是市场。那么,如何正确处理这两种基本手段之间的关系呢?

关于这个问题,其实,邓小平早在1992年南巡讲话之前,就有鲜明的论述,我们来看段**(****)大家知道,从1949

到底是计划调节好呢?还是市场调节好呢?下面,我们就来pk一下,也就是搞一个辩论大赛。

具体操作如下:第一,全班同学一分为二,一方为正方,另一方为反方。正方观点是:

“还是市场调节好”,反方观点是“还是计划调节好”。第二,比赛分为两步:第一步是准备比赛,时间为10分钟;第二次正式比赛将在十分钟后举行。

既然准备比赛,就要收集材料,有的同学说,教材没有计划经济这方面的材料,不要紧,没有条件,创造条件!我相信:只有自己做的饭,吃得津津有味;只有自己挣的钱花起来才心安理得;只有我们能获得的知识才是我们自己的知识。

你可以利用各种信息,各种手段(包括手机、电脑),来**;古希腊大学者亚里士多德有句名言:“吾爱吾师,吾更爱真理”,所以,同学们也可以下位,虚心向各位评委专家请教。也请各位评委专家不吝赐教。

在争论中,正方必须强调市场监管的优越性

--市场调节有利于资源的优化配置。这个时候,我就可以顺理成章地引导同学得出一个结论:要促进市场经济的发展,必须充分发挥市场调节的决定性作用。

那么,为什么市场调节有利于资源的优化配置呢?我可以不失时机地给同学们以点拨(略)

在辩论的过程中,反方同学肯定要强调市场调节的不足,这个时候,我就可以顺理成章地引导同学们得出一个结论:要弥补市场调节的不足,要促进市场经济的发展,还必须加强国家的宏观调控。

在辩论的过程中,有的反方同学肯定会指出市场调节不是万能的,市场调节具有自发性、盲目性、滞后性的弊端。这时,我会抓住机会问对方同学为什么?怎么办?

让他们当医生,感受市场监管的弊端。为此,我将和同学们一起完成一张桌子,使问题一目了然。(见课件)

大家好!今天,我演讲的题目是《我与课改同成长》。

课改一载有余,如白驹过隙。对于一位刚刚从事教学工作的老师来说,我更愿意把今年看作是一个跌宕起伏、喜怒哀乐的时代。因为,在这短短的一年多时间里,我经历了失败的痛苦和所谓的教学成功。

我什么时候迷恋过一些优秀的公开课,沉浸在专家们的精彩讨论中,甚至把课程改革理想化、简单化。那时,我在笔记本电脑上有各种先进的理论和经验。但有多少先进的理论真正属于我?

我努力反思和探索,试图在课程改革的尺度上找到理想与现实之间最合适、最完美的契合点。

直到有一次,我们笔峰小学的全体骨干教师,在我们张校长的带领下走进汾西,用心去触摸了汾西的教学魅力,我渐渐明白了什么才是真正意义上的课改。

我记得有位教育家曾这样呼吁,让课堂焕发出生命的活力,让课堂成为孩子们展示生命活力的舞台。在我的课堂上,我也逐渐朝着这个目标前进。我渐渐地发现,只要你用心去看待每一位学习暂时较差的学生,充分挖掘他身上的闪光点,从塑造一个活泼开朗的人格出发,来提高他的学习成绩,便可取到事半功倍的教学效果。

相反,它只会给学生压力和批评。不从发展的角度看待学生显然是不科学的。课堂是孩子们展示自己生命活力的舞台,当你去鼓励他们,调动他们,那学生们无穷无尽的创造力就会被激发,课堂也将成为孩子们展示自己生命力的舞台。

课程改革不仅塑造了学生活泼开朗的性格,也树立了我勇于创新、开拓进取的工作作风。我始终坚信,只要我始一个有思想的教育家,我就能在艺术殿堂的课程改革中塑造出我最完美的艺术作品。

展示,分成两个环节。一部分是黑板板书,开始时是我帮学生画好图形,让学生直接填空,渐渐地,我把权力全部放还给学生,发现他们做的也很好,而且还会为某个字而在意。另一部分是讲解。

这一部分对口译员和听众都要求很高。讲解学生:克服害羞、紧张的心理,站在讲台上,要理清思路,大声讲解给学生听。

听者和新老师一样,要适应同学,找出自己的问题,判断翻译的正确性。当然,展览部分也是课堂上最重要的部分。在这个时候,对教师来说也是一个巨大的挑战。学生扭扭捏捏,说了半天不知所云,讲得很慢,重复性很多……如果此时,老师按耐不住,就一定会说:

“你下去吧,我来!”那么,此时,将前功尽弃!不仅打击了学生的积极性,也使自己失去了继续实施的动力。

这时,老师需要八个字:学会信任,学会等待!

在总结时,我之前总是一节课上完再总结,慢慢发现,学生其实很多时候很难理解,所以我转换了时间,就在学生讲解一题或者一个知识点过后,只要我认为不妥,或者还有含糊之处,我便即时讲解,总结。

对于数学教学的课改,我的感悟是:不是所有的课题都适合让学生自己讲,但是所有的课型,课题都可以选择用学案来做辅助工具。期盼有一天:

然而,课改中我也有许多困惑,师生定位不准,老师不敢放手,课堂还不能真正体现学生为主等等,而这一切都是担心学生的学习成绩不够理想。

这学期学校在原来问题五步法的基础上再次提出让学生自主学习,是让学生真正成为学习的主人,这对学生的长远发展来说是一个福音,课下老师们加强研讨,突出重点,解决难点,设计问题有层次感,难易适度,课堂上尽量少讲,有适当的点拨,把课堂真正还给学生,我会坚定不移的走课改之路,在实践中摸索,在摸索中进步。不抱怨、不退缩,我深深的明白课改气氛与环境的形成,不是靠学校与领导的指挥棒,而要靠我们自己的实践,我们一线教师才是课改实施的关键。

当然,让学生成为学习的主人并不意味着教师可以放手。课堂教学的整个过程就像一条奔腾的大河。如果没有堤防约束,就会左右奔腾,肆意泛滥。所以在教学过程中教师要担当好“组织者”、“引导者”这一角色,既要让这河水滚滚向前,又不让它冲出了堤岸。

老师们,回首走过的课改之路,我们有过收获的喜悦,有过困惑,有过焦虑,也有过徘徊,我相信只要我们坚持不懈的努力,用我们满腔的热情,坚持实践——反思——再实践——再反思,我们的课改之路会越走越踏实。

坚定着我“衣带渐宽终不悔,投身课改人沉醉”的信念。我深深的知道“面壁参禅,不如坐而论道;坐而论道,不如身体力行”。课改不是洪水猛兽,也不是刀山火海,没必要如临大敌退避三舍,不需要豪言壮语夸夸其谈,更不能轻蘸细拭蜻蜓点水,需要的是不破不立的思想、革故鼎新的勇气,雷厉风行的果断,愈挫愈勇的坚韧,精益求精的作风和坚持不懈的毅力。

大家上午好!今天我想给大家介绍一下我对新课改的一些感受。随着新课改的实施,我学到了很多,学到了很多,收获了很多。

有成功,也又失败;有欢喜,也有烦恼;有沮丧,更有反思。但更多的是欣慰!新课程改革犹如黑暗中的一盏明灯,指引着我们在教育道路上迈出新的一步。

在课改中,孩子们的胆子越来越大了,他们爱表现了,敢想了,敢说了,敢于挑战了,善于发现、解决问题了,各方面的能力也大大提高了,个性也得到了张扬,在我的教学工作中处处体现着这些变化。

新课程改革提倡要合作学习,而“小组合作”是合作学习的主要形式,它激发了学生学习的热情,充分体现了学生是学习的主人。如何培养学生的合作学习能力;如何选择合作学习的组织形式等问题值得我们深入研究。现在我将简单地谈谈我在新课程改革下的教学。

首先,我按成绩好坏、男女搭配、性格互补、能力高低进行了分组,4人一组,每组中有组长、副组长、记录员、发言员,成绩好、能力强的做组长,其他成员是各司其职。

比如,在讲《巨人的花园》这篇课文时,在学生了解课文的基础上,我让学生划出巨人斥责孩子们的句子,并在小组中交流朗读,体会巨人在说这些话时的心理、神态。然后我们班以小组形式展开了讨论,我也走进学生当中,发现大部分同学都能积极讨论,但还有个别同学只是充当听众的角色,我适时对他们进行了引导,激发了他们发言的欲望。在小组汇报时,我教导学生要尊重别人,不管是否同意别人的意见,都要等着发言人发言完毕,再提出自己的看法。

在第一小组汇报时,我发现有些同学已经摩拳擦掌、蠢蠢欲动。一等发言员发言完毕,他们就迫不及待的举手发言,进行补充。当问到谁愿意第一个上台来表演巨人时,有些学生还显得有点腼腆,但当我大大表扬了第一位上台表演的同学,再问到有哪位同学相信自己比他表演的更好时,同学们都热情高涨、争先恐后的举手要上台进行表演,他们个个都表演的那么生动、形象,巨人的性格被他们演绎的淋漓尽致,他们也从中懂得了快乐是需要和别人分享的,我也对他们每一位表演者都进行了不同程度的肯定与赞扬。

在知识落实方面,我按成绩成立了“一帮一”学习活动小组,这样既减轻了教师的负担,也使学生的知识充分得到了巩固。此外,我经常参加测验来测试他们的学习。在上课后的前五分钟 ,听写他们几个生,几个好词或者是一首诗,做到了“每日一小考”。

使他们发现自己的不足,能够有针对性地进行实践,更快地提高学习效率。

今天我演讲的题目是《我与课改共成长》。

作为一名一线的初中教师我参加工作已经十年了,新课程改革的实施也已经近十年了,回顾我与课改共同成长的历程,有艰辛与挫折,也有欢笑与成功。课程改革让我学会了正视自己,反省自己,实践自己。

刚接触,觉得课改很大是专家们研究的事儿;我也觉得课程改革很小,小到跟自己没关系。我甚至没有认真考虑过:课程改革应该改变什么?

为什么要课改?如何改?在几次课程改革的精神指引下,理论学习和公开课教学都只是一种应付的形式。

随着课程改革的推进,我们逐渐认识道课程改革的必要性,但仍然是被动的。把自己的不思上进归功于客观环境的不成熟,其实更主要的是没有潜下心来去思考,实践。

当他们精心准备的公开课被指出:师生定位不准确,教师不敢放手,不体现以学生为中心;缺乏对学生的关注与评价;教学方法陈旧,没有体现课程改革的精神;... 一系列问题摆在我面前,我感到自己知识的匮乏和肤浅。

我必须正视自己的不足,正视课改,唯有潜下心来切切实实加强理论学习,接受课改的洗礼,转变思想观念,提高自身专业素养,才能重新给自己定位。

此后的教学中,我进行经常性的反思,找出与课改要求的差距,实践、反思、再实践、再反思,一次次把新课程的理念融入自己的教学实践中。我更加明确了课改的要求与方向,领悟了课改的内涵与精神,体验到了新课程理念下课堂教学的魅力,他们先进的教学理念、富有实效的教学方法、谦虚审慎的钻研态度,为我树立了榜样。与专家的指导相比,我反思自己的教学,并在实践中不断探索。没有什么进展给了我前进的动力。

看着一只只举得直直的小手,一张张渴求展示自我、稚气而自信的脸,听着一个个出人意料、富有个性的见解,感受着一次次惊喜与欣慰。我真正意识到课程改革给课堂和学生注入了活力。当我和孩子们、同事们和孩子们沉浸在课程改革的喜悦中,沐浴在课程改革的阳光中时,我终于明白了:

课改气氛与环境的形成,不是靠学校与领导的指挥棒,而要靠我们自己的实践,我们一线教师才是课改实施的关键。

改变固步自封、陈规陋习不是件一帆风顺的事,但是做事就怕你用了心,只要用心去探索,主动去尝试,就一定会有成效。课改不是一阵风,而是一场旷日持久的战斗,成长不是一时的冲动与激情,而是一种不懈的努力,需要我们去坚持。

思想上搞课改的决心是否坚定、能否坚守住这份信念,是关系课改成败的关键因素。往往有很多老师在刚进行课改时激情澎湃,然而在尝试一番之后,大多会打退堂鼓。原因是课堂效果并不像想象中的那样称心如意,课堂上学生杂乱无序、难以掌控,一节课下来老师忙得焦头烂额,也很难在规定时间内完成预设的教学任务。或者一经考试,学生成绩提升得不明显,更是顾虑重重,课改真的能提升教学效果吗?于是难以再继续投入便是徒劳之结果了,还不如老师直接“灌输”来得轻松、自然。回忆我们在上学的时候,传统课堂上,有照本宣科的老师,根本不顾学生接受的效果,自然成绩好不到哪里去;也有抛开课本、教案,带学生遨游于知识海洋的,虽少但颇受学生喜爱,效果会好上很多。原因是这些老师往往善于掌控课堂,特别是能抓牢学生的内心感受,能做到与学生的心灵交互,学生自然心向往之。所以,教育教学的高效便是能让学生的心动起来,极大地参与到课堂中来,课改的课堂正是着力解决这个问题的。

两年来,做课改工作,我指导过很多老师,从课改成功的学校看,他们往往是从方法上抓住了奋斗努力的关键环节,所以少走了很多的弯路,而且效果也非常的好。那就是“小组合作学习”,看似简单,其实奥妙无穷啊!如果小组学习做得有形无神、浮于表象,只是为了应付领导的检查,老师反受其累便是最直接的效果,怀疑课改能否行得通也往往应在了这些人的身上。小组是否建的好、管得住、用得好,是小组学习成功的关键,这个问题很有意思的,老师们要多用心去思考、去实践、去找窍门。你们在听课的时候,要多观察课堂上老师都在干什么,学生都在干什么、怎么干的,看老师是如何在管理小组、运用小组的;看课堂上以小组为单位是如何组织、开展活动的,每个学生是否真的积极主动去学习了;看课堂中小组展示是否真实,能否引发全班其他小组的竞争、参与,使简单的小问题成为一种教育的神奇力量。

所以说,搞课改的老师们,请你扎扎实实地从“把学习小组建的好、管得住、用得好”做起,那便是抓住了课改课堂的关键所在,课堂成功便真的是就在眼前了。

To a harmonious school, the surrounding is very important. On our campus, coconut trees growed line on the road. The green grais the always fine spring day. The various flowers and trees are the beautiful scenery, the green outside the classroom show its grave to the students. When the students are walking around the campus, their bodies and minds are pleasant.

If we think of the harmonious campus as a tree, then the harmonious environment is the leaves of the tree. The good human relation of campus is the root.

A harmonious campus has a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Teacher, which is the person who teaches you knowledge, should be respect by us. We should cherish teachers' pays, respect their works. Thus we can create a harmonious study atmosphere.

A harmonious campus also needs a good relationship among students. We should help those who have problems, and get along with them. Thus to create a harmonious social relationship.
